This red lobster sucks like fr it’s bad don’t come to Greenville red lobster there restaurant was filled with fly’s and there food taste like nothing literally I left feeling unsatisfied and what makes it worse is our waitress Christina was mean as hell asking us questions on why we moved from our table it was infested with fly’s please shut this location down or get it better cooks cause this place not it .
Everything was delicious.Got full real fast.Had fried shrimp mashed potatoesSaladWe all had some of theseStuff mushrooms and cheese rolls,Cheese sticks.They had fish along with side dishes.
My daughter and I ate there Friday night. When you walk in there's a live Lobster tank in the lobby with some beautiful big lobsters in it. Don't expect to see anything like that on your plate though.We ordered steak and Lobster dinners. The steak was coated with a thick coat of black pepper. My daughter couldn't eat it due to all the pepper. Who thinks a steak tastes good coated in black pepper??The Lobster was the size of a large shrimp! Nothing like the menu photos or commercials or the Lobster tank in the lobby!Deceptive advertising at its height!We will never go back again. The place is a joke!
Red Lobster was an awesome visit again. The food was delicious, the Brussel spouts were a little over cooked. One thing I must brag on is how they make their mix drinks. They are the best around. The waitress definitely made this visit extra special. Thank you.
Service was a little off with the order in which I received my food. Ordered appetizer, received salad first, then 8 minutes later, the appetizer was delivered. No real time to enjoy the appetizer because the entrée came in less than 5 minutes afterward. Felt a bit rushed overall ?
I usually order our food through the door dash app, but never could get tarter sauce with the kids fried shrimp meal, because there is no place to add special instructions on the app. Silverware, drinks, and other things were missing as well. This happens when we order through the DD app, so the manager told me to order through redlobster.com to get what we need since there is a place to notate these things. So I ordered through red lobster.com tonight and yes we got tarter sauce finally for the kids shrimp meal, but same other things….no milk with my sons shrimp kids meal and the potato was brown and burnt on the inside and inedible. No fixings for the potato. No silverware and I specifically checked to add silverware. Why does this have to be so difficult every time!?!
We went for lunch and it was exceptional! I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect! From the biscuits, to the Caesar salad, to the baked potato loaded, to the amazing coconut jumbo shrimp, it was all crazy good. Even the iced tea was very good. My friends had margaritas that were great and we took desert to go because we were to full to eat it there! I really have not had such a great meal in a long time! We are going back on a weekly bases to enjoy fine food again! Thanks Red Lobster , you did not disappoint, our service was exceptional as well.
The highlight of the meal was the young lady that was our waitress. She was very professional and accommodating. The quality of the fish and shrimp seemed to be lacking and the potatoes had clearly been cooked several hrs before. I understand that some supplies are limited and qualified and willing employees seem hard to come by these days and maybe that was the problem. If you are going to charge upscale prices then the food and atmosphere should be upscale also. I miss the Red Lobster of old and it is not just this location have had the same experience at others in the past.
We went at shift change so wait was long. Food was typical. Lucky to get there the last day of Endless Shrimp.
Service was great. There was a strange taste to the mojito I ordered and the lobster bisque.
