Chicken came fresh and hot. Fries were crispy. Staff was good. Seems like it's hit or miss at this location, luckily I hit. 5 stars
I went through the drive-through and I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner and the staff that waited on me were friendly and even loved my dogs!
My friend and I dined in and the lobby and dining area was filthy, the tables were dirty and the floor needed sweeping and mopping, not to mention the old cold food they gave us. They didn't have the common decency to warm up the red beans and rice or even fry fresh french fries. My chicken strips were old and tasted like they had been sitting for hours I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to a dog.
Can’t get all thighs with a 3pc???? Since when does a chicken place not do this? Also, the rudest people in the area. Zero customer service or pleasantries. The sandwich was good, but the thighs were scrawny.
They had the doors locked In the middle of the day. So you HAD to use the drive thru. Then they have items on the .enu that is no longer available. At least the chicken sandwich was good but I don't knot that I will visit this one again.
Last to times they have out of spicy chicken be sandwich also they always forget to put something you order especially if you order a couple of meals, check your bag before you leave
Ordered online and drive 20 minutes to get there. Only to have to wait 15 minutes for my order that's a long wait for mediocre chicken
Went for a family pack with extra side. Got a bucket of nothing but wings. Could hardly make a meal. Called 2 days in a row they never answer the phone. Called corporate and was told id get a call back. Will not be back.
Absolutely the worst place ever. Sucks because I love Popeyes. But they’ve messed up every order they received.
Horrible recent service at this location, which was unusual because in the past they've been okay. Went with my family for dinner as a treat. Mild chicken was okay, but three pieces of the spicy were undercooked and one still was pink and a bit bloody in the middle. The red beans and rice were what did it for us - the smell was indescribably awful, like sour milk. Prior to ordering the ladies at the store were laughing and joking over the intercom, like we weren't even there. When we returned, we asked for the supervisor. She saw us and immediately walked off leaving the other woman to deal with us. Constantly bad-mouthing us in Spanish, even though we speak it just fine. I won't be back.
