Maybe because we are from the city... but it’s ONLY 10PM I’m pregnant and want pizza and you’re CLOSED? Pizza Hut normally stays open LATE WTF MY HEART IS BROKEN. Stay open later!!!!!! If you are short staffed then hire people I know you have applicants quit being picky!!
Call in your order before pick up you will wait longer than normal. Salads are great and then crust supreme is awesome.

A quality salad came with the lunch buffet that was honestly the redeeming quality. I found the pizza to be less then the quality pizza hut had been known for.
I ordered a Side Garden Salad. I have to order by phone because I don't want tomatoes or cucumbers in my salad. If they were big chunks, I could pick them out, but they are small diced. I told her three times, no cucumbers. Got home and had cucumbers all in my salad. I also asked for two Ranch dressings which I was charged $.60 each for. Got home and there was only 1. Won't go back.
Completely done with this Pizza Hut. I’m used to ordering a medium or large pan pizza, and the last time I went to order, the only choice for Pan was Personal. No more medium or large, and no more stuffed crust on the coupons for $2 more. THIS IS ONLY FOR THE GREENVILLE STORE, I checked, every other Pizza Hut in America has pan pizza BECAUSE IT IS THEIR SIGNATURE ITEM. I’m contacting corporate, whoever the genius is running this store will never see another dollar of mine.

Order it and got food quick while hot
Every time we try to use points for a free pizza this location says we don't have any points. We pay for the pizza and mysteriously our points are returned. I ordered tonight for pick up. Since the drive thru was busy we walked inside. My pizza was sitting on the counter next to the window. Of course it was cool at pick-up, and cold by the time I got it home. Anywhere else you order from the pizza would have been in the warmer. Don't understand what's going on with this location.
