Great service, Order correct, Perfectly Fried Chicken for our Family 4th of July get together on Sunday.
Been twice recently (past two weeks) to pick up for doordash. First time it smelled of raw saws he in the store, second time (tonight) smelled like rancid oil, so at least not sewage this time. However both times the wait on the food was ridiculous. Tonight after being in the store for 15 minutes already I was told it would be another half hour for 3 pieces of chicken for my customer. Disgustingly kept and terrible performance
Ordered with DoorDash several times and we never get everything we order, this store is the worst I’ve ever seen. Will be calling corporate office to complain, how hard is it to read a freaking order! If this keeps up I can foresee this place closing like every other fast food restaurant in Greenville does. I don’t know why when restaurants come to Greenville they always suck! Everywhere else you go the food is good and orders are correct.
Just moved here from Beaufort, S.C. Greenville KFC was a great experience for their fried chicken . It was nice to finally get the extra crispy chicken that was done right. The KFC that my wife and I use to eat at in Beaufort never was able to cook crispy chicken and we almost always had an incorrect order at the drive thru to the point that the only thing I would get was the mashed potatoes & gravy and the coleslaw . We would then go to the Publix deli to get our chicken. We will definitely be returning to the Greenville KFC. Also the service that we received at the drive thru was right on!
We were on our way home from the Dallas Aquarium. We chose KFC because Chick-fila was closed on Sunday.I'm so glad we chose KFC.. the service through drive thru was quick and the employee taking our order was Polite, Curtious, Prompt and Professional.We got 3 orders of the kids chicken nugget meal. And 2 Adult Orders of Chicken Strips. We were ask to pull into a parking spot for our order. It took about 10 minutes, to get our food.It was Worth it! ~The chicken was Delicious! I've always loved their Original Flavor.. But, the Crispy Strips, were Great!You can't go wrong with a Bucket of KFC, on your Dinner Table. ❤
Everything was delicious. Except for the biscuits wasn't completely cooked. Absolutely loved the Mac and cheese. Yummy yummy for my tummy
Chicken was cold and had no lid. Just a flat brown bag on top. Chicken pieces were soo small they wouldn't suffice for my little granddaughter, let alone an adult. The plant based nuggets are OK. Nothing to write home about. Potatoes and gravy on point as usual.
They’d be good if they could get one door dash order correct. Always missing something either chicken or all your sides, drinks etc.
Staff is always friendly and make sure my order is correct. Fast service and fresh. Desiree who took my order was very professional and even made sure I had extra ketchup. Will return soon. Thanks
I didn't get all my order then once home I discovered the food was not worth eating. I'll never do take out from KFC again. This was not the first time I've had this problem with KFC.
