Very disappointed! My favorite fast food place is going downhill badly. Customer service is lacking. Nobody will answer the phone! We literally JUST ordered our food, I ordered an Ultimate Bacon Double cheeseburger for my husband, only for him to get the wrong burger and very sloppy made. It had no bacon on it. It was basically meat and cheese with a tiny spot of ketchup on the bun. Now we can't get ahold of anyone at the restaurant to get our order corrected! I hope this location makes some changes very soon!
My rating is based on the Box of small spicy tacos I ordered. The girls at the window and on the speaker were as sweet as could be, and the caramel ice coffee I got was very good. However, the Box of tiny spicy tacos I received were pretty much a box of tiny tacos that somebody must have said, oh shoot they're supposed to be spicy, so let's just throw a bunch of lettuce and hot sauce on top of them close the Box and the customer will never know until they get home. I've attached photos. I'm highly disappointed. I really enjoy the tiny spicy tacos and get them at Jack In The Box in Royse City, each time I pass through. I've never been disappointed, but I'll rethink stopping in Greenville again. Date and time was 6/5/2022, 11:20am
Employees seemed to be doing pretty well for a long line. Got it my food to me in a good amount of time and were friendly. My only problem was with the tacos I got. It was almost presented like... I don't know how to describe it, but like a ravioli? It was a stale taco shell with a small pocket of meat in the middle. Otherwise good service, my food was warm.
The worst service and food I've ever experienced in my 50 years of 3ating fast food! First I had to wait at the window for 20 minutes. Then I got a small, cold hamburger that bore no resemblance to a jumbo jack whatsoever. It was disgusting! Then I got ice cold stiff french fries which were half of an order of value fries. If I wasn't late because of waiting I'd have gotten my money back. I actually gagged on the burger thing! Disgusting! Never gonna eat there again for dinner. Nope!
Ordered 4 tacos and this is what they gave me. About a spoon full of meat in each taco and the rest lettuce.
Went through the drive thru at 9:45pm and was told they would not take my order as they have taken the last order of the night already. (line is five cars deep) please update your hours to reflect your current business hours.
If I could put zero stars i would. And that is awful to say as I love Jack in the box. But seeing as how it is 10:50 pm on a Monday night (they close at 12 pm) and I pull in to grab tacos because I'm pregnant and starving and they still have the OPEN sign on.. and im waiting at the order window and no answer.. and I very kindly ask if they are open, still no answer... then an employee yells out the back door that they are closed and hurry and turn out the lights in the building... well, I'm sure you can sense my frustration. This is NOT the only time that the greenville jack in the box has done this. Hate to say it but the employees here are just lazy. If your down a cook post a sign. Turn out your lights BEFORE you end up with three cars in a line at the drive thru window. Hate to be that "karen".
I hate this jack in the box. The drive thru girl is always rude and hateful. I only had change and she got mad because she had to stop and count it. Because if I would had not taken the time to make sure I gave her enough and she goes no no it's all good. No she would have pocketed 3.00 dollars. I order 2 for 1.50 tacos.But until I get something back on this I will not give you my money. And I love them taco's. And they also put hot hot sauce on them and I can't eat them.
Layman's Terms: BEWARE! High health code violations. Eat at your own risk.Terrible experience.Order time and accuracy are poor. Clearly time-temp abusing product.Drive-thru took around 30m to get through. The lady working the drive-thru didn't speak English well, as every aspect of my order needed to be repeated several times. After getting my food and pulling forward to check it, so others could get their food as well, all 3 orders of fries were cold. Also, instead of onion rings I got a box of soggy, cold chicken nuggets.
Literally worst place of all time. They close before their posted hours 99% of the time, food is okay but service is HORRIBLE. The workers will always argue and scream at customers. Management won’t do a thing about it. This place should be shut down.
