Nice staff! Always smiling. Even though many people waiting, they make food pretty soon
Not the service I have experienced be forBreakfast was cool,had to wait for toast till the end of the meal. It was not that busy. Maybe an off day for this waitress again

Received my ranch bacon grilled chicken raw and as I was leaving a roach was crawling by register on floor server just stepped on It and went on about her way like nothing new. Then said I'm just a server when I was like really manager was a little intimidated by it and said he would contact exterminator tomorrow
The only problem i had was with the hashbrowns. They were cooked but barely. Not crispy. It was like eating mushy potato strings...
Do not order online. We decided to give it another try even though the last time was horrible. Last time my order looked like left overs from someone plate. IHOP did try to refund my money and did give me free entree meals. It was not about getting my money back or a free meal. Today we decided we would try again. We wait pass the time they said it would be ready about 30 minutes and then get home and one of our meals was not included. The side order was not included. No sauces were included. No topping included that we ordered. They are quick to try and make it so called right instead of training their people to make sure the order are correct. How hard is it to go down a list and put everything in a bag
Hands down this is the best IHOP I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection. The To-Go packaging was nice and neat and contained everything we needed. We visited on 1/2/22 @ 1800. Kudos to the staff.

This Greenville location was fairly busy or seemed so at least the day after Christmas. They were out of cream for the coffee and sausage which was disappointing. The Colorado omelet that I ordered was no longer an omelet but just a rolled sheet of scrambled eggs with the Colorado toppings. Our server kept herself busy but would stop by occassionally. Although this was a disappointing experience, I hope it was the day or location and not IHOP as a whole.
