food was good but they forgot stuff with out pickup.

Girl at the register got a attitude when I ordered 5 sandwiches. She even turned to her coworker and apologized for me ordering them. Then they gave 3 people that ordered after me their orders before me. Forgot a brownie that we ordered then get my sandwiches back to the office and they are all wrong. Ones that were supposed to have veggies didn't and they were on the wrong bread. I will never go back!
Ordered Hook & Ladder. Wasn't what they made me. Wasn't even toasted. Quality has gone down hill. Now I bet I get the follow up apology. Apologies are just words in the air if nothing is resolved by them. Check out their Many apologies.
Found out that the Greenville location has gluten free bread, and the person in my family who can't have gluten was able to eat without dealing with the pain that regular bread does to her. Staff was friendly and professional, and the dining area was as clean as it could be. I still haven't found out who did the painting on the wall.
This place is absolutely the best for top notch sandwiches .great staff very clean facility. I won't go anywhere else anymore. They just can't touch firehouse.
