Food was great (albeit a bit salty), great portion sizes, and our meals were hot and ready to go out the door when we arrived for pickup. The staff I dealt with were nice. Overall, good experience & I will likely return.
The food was amazing, the service was wonderful. I likes how the manager came and checked on everyone. The waitress was really good and friendly, fast. I loved my experience and will definitely be back!!
We enjoyed our visit. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. The fajitas looked and tasted good. Chips and salsa were great! Waited more than 30 minutes for food but I'm guessing they might have been short staffed. We will eat here again!
We used to love going here because they had great food and drinks. The past two times have been just okay. They don't know how to make drinks at the bar. The veggies for our fajitas weren't even cooked all the way. Unfortunately, the service isn't great either. We will be finding a new mexican restaurant to frequent.

Queso was okay, chips were excellent, but the main dinner was good and enjoyed by everyone in our group. They also make a great margarita. Staff was pleasant and attentive and didn't have to wait too long for food.
We showed up on Saturday night to a 20-minute wait, so the hostess was very accommodating and sat us in a booth in the bar and waited on us. She recommended the Felix special marguerita, which comes with a cup and queso, and it was great. The chips were excellent-crunchy and fresh. The staff was friendly, young, and over-worked. The enchiladas were not very good. You would think that it would be difficult to ruin such a simple dish, but the beans and tortillas had a strange taste, and the queso cheese could not overcome that. We are from Houston where we get really good Tex-Mex, but I expected more.

My family has been going to this location for years! My parents take me every time I am in town. They love the people who recognize them when they come in. I appreciate the friendly/ family feel the people there have for my parents. Thank you!!! Best place to eat Mexican food. One of the few Mexican restaurants that has maintained very high quality over the years.
I absolutely love El Fenix in Greenville. The sweet waitress Clementine is so sweet. Manny and Angel are also excellent waiters. The manager is so kind. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is top notch.
