We have had a horrible 2 days stuck in Dallas because of cancelled flights. Finally got a rental car to get home and stopped to eat. The food was perfect. Everything was cooked perfectly. We noticed not only the waitresses working quickly and effectually. The manager in the restaurant jumped in to help bus tables, then the store manager went out of her way to help a customer with her hands full. This was a wonderful thing to witness.
Love This Place!My husband and I took a close friend out for Dinner on a Thursday.I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Greenbeans, with Homemade Dinner Biscuits. ☆☆☆☆My husband had the Hamburger Steak w/gravy, Mashed potatoes and Okra, with Cornbread. ☆☆☆☆Our Friend ordered their, Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Turnip Greens and the Dinner Biscuits. ☆☆☆☆I love their Homemade Buttermilk Dinner Biscuits.. warm with melted butter. Melts in your mouth.... My husband likes the Cornbread with butter, he ate 3 pieces.Our Waiter was Awesome! He never missed a beat. He had a wonderful Personality and a Great Sense of Humor. He got everything right, the 1st time and our glasses, stayed full.The Country Store is always enjoyable, well stocked and maintained.. there's a little bit of everything, for everyone! The Old fashioned Candies and Fudge, are a must.. need a unique gift for someone.. Cracker Barrel, has it.Our Experience was Exceptional. We will continue, to come back... Often!
My server Krissy was AMAZING!!! I could tell she got quadruple sat, but still made time for me and made me feel special. She was personable, friendly, sweet, and made my time enjoyable. I just moved from Florida, and felt like I didn’t have many friends, but she made me feel like I was at home again and like I had made a friend. Thanks so much. I’ll be back to see her ASAP:)PS: give this woman a raise!!
It's a decent place - nice interior, a lot of place to seat, delicious food. Probably the staff could be a little more friendly, but I guess, it's because they're almost all young and unexperienced. Anyway it's a good Cafe to spend time with friends and family.
Delicious food for a low price, only cost $20 for two people! Cute shop as well on the side. Would recommend coming here for cheap prices
We had a party of 15 and knew they could handle that size party. We had an amazing waiter, Johnny. He was soo attentive and always kept our drinks filled. Food came out fast and to order. Food was ok. Not my favorite Cracker Barrel. The mash potatoes and chicken tenders were cold. Everyone else seemed to like theirs. Of course everyone that had breakfast items, said it was amazing.
We went for late lunch. Our food was hot and fresh. The best part was the attentive service we received from the young lady Melissa. She was an excellent waitress.
I didn’t mind the service. The lady that was doing her best being the only server was awesome. I tried the meatloaf I had to recommend but unfortunately some part of the meatloaf wasn’t cooked and I didn’t realize it til I took a few bites and got sick even though the nice lady had them make me another I ended terribly sick and it was a danger to me especially being pregnant.
My grandmother turned 80 and we wanted to celebrate. Order so much food from here. There was more than enough for everyone to take home. The food was hot, delicious and we couldn't have asked for me. Everything was perfect. I can't stress how thankful we are for the way this location exceeded our expectations. Whenever we do come into town, we know where to go. Thank you again.
I would not recommend this place at all for many reasons. Cracker Barrel has always been my dad and I's favorite restaurant, but this one is awful. My dad and I have been in here multiple times and the food is never completely cooked, the servers are all very rude, and workers will point at you, rudely stare, and start talking trash about you every single time we come in here. My dad and I always make sure to be very nice everywhere we go, and we have never been rude or difficult anytime we go anywhere. But,, even if you're very nice everyone is always very rude to you here. This is not the place to come at all.Brooke H was our server tonight, and was the only nice person in here who knew what she was doing, and did a good job. She was the only nice person in here.
