Super busy but my server, Jordan, was exceptional. I had to wait while more rolls were baking, but Jordan brought them out as soon as they were ready. The food was good, but what made the experience great for me was Jordan. Since my husband passed, I eat out alone a great deal. Servers often forget about people who dine alone. Jordan treated me as if I was a party of 12. Can't say enough about this young man!
Server was awesome. Food was great. Two of our party ordered a new dish and didn't like it because it was sort of dry, so they made it right. They never fail to work hard to make diners happy.

Decided to have dinner here while my parents were in town. We had the chicken fried steak and catfish and both were very good. Our waitress was Maryann and she was very friendly and quick with service.
I've been to Cotton Patch only about 3 times since they opened. Each time hoping the service and the food would be better, but they were sure to disappoint again. I was there yesterday for a Valentines lunch with my wife. The place wasn't full and there was no wait for a table but that was the only good part. We waited about 45 minutes for our order to come out. Not sure if the waitres didn't turn in the order right away. She dissapered all during that time. Never gave us a refill, only came to check at the end when we asked for the check. The man who brought us our food, I'm assuming the manager, did offer us one refill. But what he brought out to us was actually sad. My wife ordered an 8 once steak for 18 dollars. The steak was okay but a little on the cold side and was no special thing. My Salmon was awful, they only know how to fry. It was heavily peppered, salted like sardines. It was still cold in the center. I paid 14 dollars for 4 once fillet I guess but it look more like 3. The light skinny veggies where literally skinny. All shriveled up and nuked in the microwave. Worst meal I ever had in my life. Will not give it another chance. Worst Valentines for Me at least, my wife took her steak home. I went back to work late.
Server tried to run off before we could order appetizers. Fried mushrooms came out cold, dry, and raw in the middle. Still squeaky like salad bar mushrooms. They took them back to the kitchen, then brought them back to the table saying that's how they were supposed to be. The fried chicken Cobb salad came out with grilled chicken. The cornbread we ordered never came, and ended up on the bill anyway. We had to ask for the ice cream that came with the kids meals, which is supposed to come with chocolate or caramel, and it came out frozen solid with nothing on it in a Styrofoam container. Asked for chocolate, one came back out with chocolate and one came back with caramel. Had to ask for refills. The check was wrong, had too many drinks on it and got charged for an appetizer we didn't recieve.
My wife and I both had the strawberry and pecan salad with fried chicken. We come here often, at least once per month. Always a dependable meal. Noah was our waiter and he did a fine job. We'll be back soon.
Ordered curbside. Checked in and after 10 minutes of waiting went inside to see about order. The employee working the counter was super rude to the person in front of line. Yelling “Your order isn’t ready.” Asked me for my name and I asked about the curbside and if I did it wrong. Employee yelled out “I am doing my best. I don’t work in this section.” Then I grabbed my bag and left. Saw two other employees standing around not helping in the to go section. Food was alright. Cold but I guess that is what happens when it is out waiting for over 10 minutes. Will not be back.
