Usually my experiences with Chipotle is usually spot on, but, this time they totally messed up my order. I order the same thing every time so I know that the order was placed correctly. There's a couple of ingredients that I get extra on which was not done and the guacamole was missing altogether. Otherwise, the flavor was very good. Not deterred yet. Let's see how the next visit goes...
I can say this, DEMASIADO CARO!!! When it's 20 dollars for a burrito plus drink, it's gone way too far $$$ Yes the food is decent, but maybe the overhead wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have half the staff puttering around and not actually working? My barbacoa was not broken up at all, so it was massive chunks of fat with some beef in it and almost impossible to eat as a burrito. Super disappointing, I used to love this chain. Probably won't go back, this is my second try this month and pricey without quality or service equals don't bother.
Order online for pick up. My husband went to the store to pick up the food but the staff would not give the food over until you provide a confirmation number. No where online does it say you need to provide a confirmation number when picking up food. My husband left his phone at home and not a single employee would let him borrow a phone to call home to get a confirmation number to pick up food. He had to go all the way home (20 minutes one way) and turn back around with his phone to pick up cold food because the manager on duty, Lexi, would not re-make our good. Sad.Lexi the manager needs to take a class on customer service.
Makala fixed my wife and I food up perfectly. The new chicken dish was very delicious. Would definitely recommend everyone to eat here...
I love the restaurant, but my husband and I were disappointed with our recent visit. We each got food poisoning, and our guac was brown (not just on the top but the entire cup of guacamole). This was disappointing since we love Chipotle but are not hesitant to eat it again soon. Other than that, the location is always fully stocked and clean.

I was highly impressed with this Chipotle. It was clean and well stocked with fast service. Eli was such a delight taking our orders! Nia was helpful and friendly at checkout.
Food was decent but entirely too expensive for what you get. I could have had a better meal at a sit down mexican restaurant for less than this and it would have come with free chips & salsa beans & rice.
I recently saw a sign on the door saying hiring starting at $16/hour. A few things I would expect from an employee being overpaid to work at chipotle:1. Don't run out of rice2. Have a somewhat decent attitude3. Know how to work the register4. Keep the sweet tea stockedI'm fine with paying employees more who actually deserve it, but no one working tonight deserves it.
Great eats as expected! The plant based chorizo is actually surprisingly good where I was expecting it to be inedible, instead it tastes like chorizo as planned and along with their normal ingredients it's like any other meat here.
