Got the single Fish Filet with Fried Okra and it had two Hush Puppies the filet was a nice long size. Cooked to my perfect satisfaction ?. Crispy on the edges and tender in the center. The fried okra cooked crispy it was solid not mushy. The hush puppies cooked just right as well. I love the taste of hush puppies.
Been coming here semi regularly for the last 3 years, never once have they gotten my order wrong, 0 complaints. Wait time is fine but could use some improvement. Mad respect to the workers and management.
Terrible. You can only go through the drive thru. Lobby is still closed for some reason. They only have 4 people working, so once you order your food you have to pull up and hope they don't forget about you just sitting there. Also, giving your order to someone else. It's terrible they should just shut it down.
Management is terrible. Not only does the General Manager and her husband work together they play favorites. They talk about employees in front of other employees current and previous. If you ask for fresh food, they will drop the food that is already up and act like they cooked it fresh. There are roaches in the back of the store.
Good food. The service was nice and helpful. Had to wait a few minutes for our food. But it was fresh and hot.
Order came out correct, had to wait 8 minutes for the spicy tenders but had no problem with that. Corn nuggets were fresh & the service was good. Chicken E is usually my go to.
Chicken is fine but save yourself from the fried pickles. They are such a sorry excuse for fried pickles. They arent even completely coated in breading and taste incredibly salty and oily. I'm begging you to heed my advice on this one.
Food is good but every time I come here they get my order wrong and it is always the same thing. Every time I order the Fillet family Dinner (8piece fish) they give me a 2 piece fish meal and I end up having to wait another 20 to 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I already waited.
We have only ever went thru the drive thru. It takes time to get your food but the food is hot and fresh. The food is amazing, my fiance and I love the catfish and hush puppies. The chicken is amazing as well! This is a great place to get family meals! I love the sweet tea, you can buy a gallon!
My visit to chicken express in Greenville today today was not successful. Not only did the order taker repeat the order of my large fry to me twice and then the fries were also on the receipt as well…that I drive 12 miles home and I have no fries. So Kentucky fried chicken is across the street so bye-bye Chicken Express, That $52 that I spent there today is now going across the street to Kentucky.
