I've never felt so ignored as a customer. I asked for a Cobb salad with no cheese. They said they can't remove anything so whatever, I said that's fine. I asked if we can do grilled chicken as I don't like it crispy. It would get mushy by the time I got to it. They said ok and did not give me grilled chicken. I asked for no ice in my drink. They ignored that too. I asked for hot sauce and if I hadn't double checked the bag I would have gotten none. My entire order was wrong, every last bit of it. I paid cash and they didn't even give me my change and looked at me odd when I asked about it. Can we not count at this store? Not returning. Do not go here.
Loved that we sat in line for breakfast for 10 minutes and then when it was time to order it was 10:32 and were told oh sorry it ends at 10:30. Because who doesn’t want lunch in the morning? Then waited another 30 minutes to get through the line only to leave and discover our order was wrong and they forgot the toy in the kids meal. Definitely won’t be going back to this location
Love this Chick-fil-A. Good food and the atmosphere here is like no other. Nice to see Ms.Cathy,the operator, working with the team and welcoming guests. My family and I really enjoy coming here all the time.
My goodness ...The chick filet in Greenville is something to behold...We went there and they have people to greet you and take your order while you are in line... first time I have ever seen that...They took our order and was very nice and even knew what was on the menu.The best part is when I got to the window area (which was only about 4 minutes) I was greeted with someone that had my food and cashed out my ticked quite quickly...Now I bet in total there were about 15 cars in front of me and to get through in 4 minutes is pretty impressive .Other than that ... the food was good and I was happy I didn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes... I give them a thumbs up...
Been to a many Chick-fil-A in my life and this one tops them all with Don being so helpful and courteous.The food is consistent at most of these locations which so appreciated and wish to no faltering because that is what is your known for.It's the finish of the race, just as scripture teaches, and this restaurant pulled it in for the win. Don you're a valuable asset to this franchise and much appreciated even by those that may not share it.I hold but one thing against the owner of Chick-fil-A, not the franchise owner mind you, but you either believe or you don't! America is a wonderful country, God should always be The Head and it's people should never be ashamed.Evil will prosper when the good let it happen, it's not always easy, matter of fact it's darn right hard most times. A race easily won, was probably a race not worth running in. We only get a little dash on that stone between those two dates, make your dash worth living and dying for.May God bless America in it's people doing that which is right but not in OUR eyes. Thank you again.
This review is for this location only.This chick fil a location only has drive through if you order on the app, no instore pick up nor curbside is available. The line for drive through is always long even if you order it ahead on the app and they mess up with order more than 1 occasion.

The people working here are pleasant and efficient in getting orders out quickly. I did not have any problems with my order. The meal I had was very hot and delicious!
Stopped here on a road trip and the food was good. The cashier's though could use some more training. They had their arms crossed, didn't listen to what was ordered and then acted annoyed when you had to ask for what you ordered. The saving grace though was Mary, she went around the whole place and made sure everything was in order and was super polite.
Worst Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever been to. They got my order wrong and even after nicely letting them know that it was incorrect they were super rude and the manager came back asking if I wanted back the money they had overcharged me I said yes.. she came back with my change in all pennies and walked away without saying anything. Worst part is I got home and they STILL gave me the wrong order. I bring my business to you guys to be treated with respect and to AT LEAST receive the food I payed for. Will never be coming back.
