Terrible service and orders are almost always wrong. instead of having children who'd rather be out in the customer area hugging and kissing on their boyfriends/girlfriends get real people who want to work. I'm young myself but it's always kids playing on phones standing around instead of taking care of customers.
Went inside to enjoy a meal! The girl said we don't have any meat right now! I was so mad cause I was hungry so I settled for a chicken sandwich meal. It was ok but, dry! It was hot tho and it did taste good. The restaurant had trash all over the floor the trash cans were full. No fountain drinks except coke that didn't taste good! The workers were eating ice cream. Will never go to that burger king again. First time in Greenville and I love Burger King. I live in Houston Texas.
The service is very poor at this store,how can you serve someone a warm 32oz Sweet tea with hardly any ice in the cup and then when you ask for extra ice they barely put any more? And one of our burgers was messed up because the cooks didn't make it right. This is the second time we went there and got poor service we will not be going to this establishment anymore because of the service!
Dear Sire King,Me and a coworker visited your location in the Greenville,Tx area, we were displeased with the service and the additude of the employee taking our order.We were gitty with excitement to try you're new Whopper Melt, as it looked very pleasing to thy eyes, but we were not one tid bit satisfied with the results or your supposedly spicy Melt or the little to no bacon on the Bacon Melt. We expected toasted buns but could easily see that you pressed just enough to give it the look of being toasted while in fact tasting completely soggy and bland.And to add on to the disappointment you sir king should have your employees look over the sodas to insure they are not flat and or full of carbonation. The only thing that kept me eating your atrocious meal was the fries, which were surprisingly edible, and the sheer fact that I had the hunger of a 100 men who have pillaged a unsuspecting village.Sir king please advise to following up with thy employees and the standereds you wish to uphold on this location.
I was looking thru the nearby restaurants for a quick place to grab a soda when the name of this establishment caught my eye. I was confused, shocked, yet intrigued. I had a bit of time, I was waiting for my sister to get out of her friend's basketball game, so I decided to drive over and see what this....."Bugar King" was all about. The other review left for this location certainly did not help qualm any concerns I had. (Which were many.) Was it truly an empty lot? Was it a prank done by someone with a little too much power over Google Maps?When I arrived I was very disappointed. A normal Burger King. Pretty new looking, very clean and busy.I am crushed there is no Bugar King.Where are you hiding it? I want the Bugar King, not Burger King.
Excellent manager. He always checks on diners and provides full service with a smile. Make sure to dine in and ask for John, the diehard Cowboys fan!
Would be better if they could actually get the orders right. Lesson learned. Always check my order before leaving IF I come back here. You should check your order as well.
The only way you get your food is by drive thru or walk in. Trying to door dash especially within an hour of closing forget it. The door dasher closes the order due to store being closed and you call the Burger King and they pick up the phone and instantly hang up!! Lol…. Super joke. Good luck guys. Food was good. Disappointed the play area is still closed, especially since I called in advance and they said it was open.
My favorite fast food burger. Add mustard, no cheese (too many chemicals), no mayo (too many calories) = a great grilled burger.
