Overall a good experience and on par with other Applebee's restaurants that I have eaten at before. There was a little bit longer wait but it seemed like they were a bit short handed and it was super long.Food and drinks were good and the service was fine. Little more expensive than I remember but that's how things are now.If you like Applebee's than you won't be disappointed.
I won't be coming back after this last visit. Ordered curbside pickup and the link expired so I went in to pick-up my order. My orders had 2 times that they would be ready by, 6:04 & 6:19. I placed my order at 5:45 before driving to pick it up, nothing too complex with the exception that one order remove the pico de gallo. I arrived at 6:20. When I was walking in I made eye contact with at least 3 employees who all walked off without even as much as a greeting. One was taking an order so I waited and the others not so much. I counted at least 6 employees walk past me while waiting to pickup my order. Still no greeting at this point. Tried to call the restaurant and nobody picked up, naturally. Finally I stopped a waitress who tried to keep walking after hearing me and asked about my order. She tells me I'm in the right spot. Finally get one order and had pico de gallo on it. After another 10 to 15 minutes I get the whole order and leave at 6:50. Average food would get 3 stars from me, maybe even 4 because I'm generally lax, but this experience was poor. They were not rushed and did nothing to make what should have been a brief experience worthwhile. They were smiling for certain customers and ignoring others, I noticed another gentleman waiting as well. Had I been sitting down I would have walked the second I'm not at least welcomed. The food was average by the way. I really wish I had more hands so I could give them 4 thumbs down.
$94 to get 3 meals and 1 appetizer that my kids would not eat everything was nasty to be honest microwavable dinners taste better and are way more filling. It's said to think after spending that kind of money we had to go somewhere else to eat because what we were served had to of been a bad joke extremely small portions with a ridiculous price from an I'm assuming they have a real chef and not some one who belongs anywhere other than the kitchen. And finally I think you should try it and give your own experience after the truth is repeated enough times someone is bound to notice
Me and my 2 children are here for lunch. We didn't like almost anything we had. I don't know what they are doing different now but it's just not as good as it used to be. For myself, an 11 yr old and an 8 yr old it cost right about $100. We didn't get dessert or special drinks. It was crazy expensive for something my kids could cook better at home
Ordered curbside to go, waited forever, called and no answer. Finally walked inside to see my food just sitting there getting cold. Food itself was not good got bourbon chicken and shrimp. Shrimp were over cooked, half shelled, half deshelled. Chicken taste like it was just dosed in salt basically inedible, and apparently light ice means fill it to the top with ice. One star for the store bought cake and ice cream
Haven't been here in years. Due to icey roads it was the only place open so we had no choice. We were not expecting much but, even though they had a short staff, the experience was very good. We shared the quesadillas and a hamburger basket and they both raised hot and good. The food came out rather quickly given the short staff. Good job. We'll likely add this to to our regular meal regiment.
$60 with tip for 2 at lunch. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes ($17). Caesar salad ($6). My mom had bourbon street steak with cheesy broccoli.Pros: the food was DELICIOUS! I ate every single bite of everything and wanted to lick my plate! Wait staff was great too.Cons: each meal only came with one side. We had water to drink and no appetizers and it still cost $60. Maybe I'm just cheap. Also restaurant needs to be renovated. It was clean, but clearly old decor.
Love the $1 margaritas. Service was friendly and hospitable. Food was good and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well kept.
Where to start? Kimmy was such an amazing waitress! When she shared the fact that many posts were fake just for the sake of being fake, I couldn't help but tell her I'd write a fake review, that was true!!, this Applebee's could replace any that I have visited, and with my job as a railroader, I couldn't have asked for anything less! Kimmy couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating as she was, get your @$$ down here and have some food and drinks
French onion soup is supposed to be hot,. Mine was lukewarm an the cheese was not toasted. I felt like I was chewing rubber. Fail again!!
