Food was great, customer service Amazing. We will be back.
Horrific experience! They may be put 25 french fries in our order of large fries, the chicken was very undercooked borderline dangerous, and the food was cold even though we had to wait longer than anticipated in an empty restaurant. If this is the new standard for Wingstop I am done with them completely!
Wings were alright. Got the lemon pepper and mild flavor but the flavors weren’t that great and tasted bland but pretty good for a late night snack.
Ordered the Thigh combo on November 24 at 6pm at the wing stop 2150 w northwest highway #101 grapevine, Texas 76051. As I was eating a thigh , I noticed I was eating pink uncooked chicken as I pulled away . The chicken was so delicious and scrumptious. . Unfortunately it was not cooked and I could become sick from this . I attached a photo so every one could see how pink it is . I am now sad because I was really wanting to eat chicken from here . It’s so expensive for chicken and I get to enjoy this maybe once a month . I was only able to eat the fries which had no seasoning at all . I also ate one dwarf thigh that was the size of a chicken flap. It was supposed to be a 3 piece thigh combo . Two thighs were uncooked . I did get to eat the skin off though , because the outside was cooked . Again , it was so delicious. I wish I could’ve ate the whole combo . I wish I could’ve had 3 thighs instead of one dwarf thigh . I wonder sometimes why I go to wing stop . When I order wings, they usually don’t even have hot sauce on them . I have to buy my own wing sauce bottle at Walmart . I’m thinking that the franchisees of these restaurants are trying to maximize profits and not season the fries or sauce the wings . This happens at every wing stop I’ve been to . I have a serious question for you all . Is there a wing stop in the dfw area that still has good amounts of sauce on the wing ? I remember long ago when wingstop actually had sauce on the wing . Now they are pretty much dry . My favorite wing place is now a low quality compromise . Does anyone here recommend a better wing place ? Also , be careful if you get the thighs , apparently they are hard to cook because their too thick .
I’m not one to write negative reviews, but I placed an order online to be ready in 15-21 minutes. I show up and food is not ready. The whole point of ordering ahead is to at least work around a busy schedule to an extent. To make matters worse, there was no real sense of urgency to get food out. Left almost an hour after all was said and done. The service industry right now is tough I understand, but customer service doesn’t have to be a lost art.
very great customer service !! i orderd a 3 piece thigh combo with 3 mango habenero wings everything came out great !! very great staff. Def recommend
Terrible resturant and horrible staff. Hopefully they get bought out by actual professionals.
I ordered 8 wings combo. Lemon pepper is always a go to flavor but it's always over seasoned. Overall it's still the best affordable choice in town, but still prefer Duffs.
This store use to be faster at getting all online orders out in a timely manner and now there is a long wait. All I've seen the past few times I've came in is a lot of talking and a lot of workers standing around and not helping each other out to get these orders out. The sense of urgency is lacking a lot.
Last week I went to wong stop after work, I called to order first and the girl at the front answered the phone cussing... then she hung up. So when I made it grapevine I stop, my sons birthday was coming up and he asked for wing stop. I walked in and a few people was in the lobby . I waiting and ordered, the girl had a really nasty attitude so honestly I just blew it off. But she and a tall guy started making fun of other customers. I apologized to the other customers and
