I really enjoy Wendy’s and am understanding when it comes to the food industry, but multiple times I’ve been interrupted before I’m able to finish the order. Ok, not that big of a deal, but next items missing all the time.. maybe I’m being dramatic. But now, with those two things, the rubber bacon?? My burger was forgotten yet it tasted cold and like the meat was either old or just not cooked properly. I wouldn’t post this review if it wasn’t for these things happening 3/4 times in the last year. Sorry but this store needs serious TLC
If I could give zero stars, I would! I know this has been said before, but seriously… order from anywhere else... this place is dirty, nasty, garbage
Passing through,I’m from out of town. It was dinner time and I was hungry, so I decided to go through drive thru at this Wendy’s. Got such a simple order a chili cheese bake potato. Wanted a fresh one. I repeated my order ar least three different times and they still didn’t get it. Nasty food bad service. One of the worst potatoes I’ve ever had, so disgusting.Burnt old and hard you couldn’t even bite into it, nor did I want to. My rule is,if you ain’t gonna eat it,don’t serve it. If I can rate this a zero,I would.
Got cold food, nobody was even there parking lot and drive thru both empty. Also got fries and high cholesterol with the amount of salt on these fires. I will drive the extra couple miles and go to the other one down the road.
Horrible service . They closed off the dining area, and it was 12:00noon. The only option was drive thru. No one attended to my needs as the guest. I could not purchase my food at all . Inconvenience at best

This store was perfect!! Greeted upon entering, crew was working efficiently, floors were clean, carpet clean and vacuumed. Hats off to managers for running a tight ship and keeping crew cheerful. Other store managers should visit them and learn what they do.
Guy atvthe register was getting so mad that he had to re type the order into his register... i walked away... gonna go somewhere else... if u hate your job... QUIT !!!
