We really enjoyed this locations! Brett (I believe that was his name) was super friendly and excitedly answered all of our questions. We had a lot! We were impressed with the displays, they were very helpful. The atmosphere was really nice, there was a cafe in the back also. We love how friendly everyone was.

Stopped by here while on our trip from out of town because the husband is obsessed with Warhammer. I really enjoyed the cafe area! I'm a vegan so I was interested to know if they had nondairy milks and they do! The nice lady at the counter showed me they have about four nondairy milks for coffees and teas! I got a delicious iced peach green tea. Will definitely look to come back when we visit again from San Antonio!

Amazing. We had never even heard of the game "Warhammer" before. We went in thinking it was a video game or comic book store, and when we set foot inside, we were visibly surprised and almost turned around to leave since we didn't know what this game was. Then, an employee named "V" came up to us and casually asked if we knew anything about the game and we would be interested in learning about it, free of charge. We hesitantly said "sure." V gave us two miniatures to paint, despite me saying that I wasn't very good at painting, and she was quick to make me comfortable by explaining that she would teach me a basic painting procedure. 10 minutes later and we had two good looking miniatures and much more confidence. She then said she would love to show us a free demo, and we said "sure" again.V set the background of the game, explained just enough to excite us but definitely not enough to confuse us, and we had a great game. Then, at the end, she invited us to look around and ask her any questions without a sales pitch or guilt for the time she spent with us.Because of V's ability to sell a product and connect with us as people who didn't even seem interested at first, I will definitely be coming back. Easily the best salesperson and one of the best examples of customer service I have ever met, and the game itself is very fun!I echo other comments in inviting you to visit even if you have no idea what the game is. It was a fun experience for my wife and me, and I applaud the staff there, especially V!

We drove an hour and a half to visit, was well worth the drive. The whole crew loved the atmosphere, the staff and the cafe! We will definitely make the drive again. Andrew showed our smallest human how to paint and he’s now the owner of a very colorful space marine named olivertron 5000.

Love it there !! Best group of patrons, amazing staff, incredible hobby …. Me and my wife walked in looking for something to just and add to our marriage and we ended up finding a new passion and a great group of people.

I was so excited to check this place out. Make the drive cause the website said open till 7pm. They even have a big "Open" sign out front. Door is locked and an employee does come check on me only to inform me they are remodeling. OK, but maybe post something and change your hours so fans dont waste their time, or at least remove the OPEN sign. I really wish GW would stop finding new ways to dissapoint me.

FUN! SUPER attentive and knowledgeable staff! I was greeted instantly upon entering and was offered an opportunity to build and paint a Warhammer model and even play a game! How cool is that?! There is a neat cafe in back with a few food items, but absolutely fantastic hand crafter beverages. They have quite a few tables where folks were playing games, even the people just hanging out and playing were friendly and happy to talk about this neat hobby the store caters to. If you find yourself in Grapevine, check it out!

I could go on for days about how much I love this establishment. The moment that I showed up The staff was ridiculously helpful and needless to say the atmosphere drew me in. I've recently got into the hobby but the moment I got there I couldn't help but spend my money everything was amazing. I even got a figure I wanted for year!! I would Recommend people come to this place even if they don't play it's just an interesting and wonderful place to check out. 10 outta 10

The wife and I were riding around and wanted to check out the Citadel. I used to paint the figures as stress relief and missed doing it, so we rode our motorcycles down from Aubrey to Grapevine. The staff was amazing! Great customer service and took the time to listen to and answer any questions we had. The community there was very supportive and inclusive! Picked up a book and magazine after looking at all the incredible models and tables they had set up. We will have to try their cafe next time in. Cannot recommend enough.

Place is amazing, the staff are very friendly and fun to talk too, they have amazing tips and make you feel welcomed. I love the atmosphere that’s given off of playing a game there. Makes for amazing time to just settle down and play some Warhammer!
