It's very disappointing to go out for breakfast and have cold eggs, cold bacon, cold WAFFLE and freezing cold syrup brought to you! The WAFFLE was so cold butter did not MELT! Our first time to visit, it's our only time. Besides, the place could use some cleaning. We read reviews before we went, too bad there was one good one 6 months! This should bring you guys current!

This place has a comfortable feel, where they greet you like family. I am a chocoholic and they make a fluffy chocolate belgian waffle that is served with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and a chocolate sauce. Definitely craveable. For those that are undecided, you can also order a half blonde and half chocolate belgian waffle. Delicious. My breakfast also came with eggs and delicious bacon, all at a reasonable price. Give them a try.

You like waffles... This place is THE BEST waffles I've ever had... I know how good a waffle be right we'll go down there and find out the staff is super friendly it's a mom and pop cafe style which i love... Clean and wonderful food
They now serve sloppy joes!!! Yum! Haven't had one in ages. And 1 side - fried squash dipped in ranch dressing. They are open til 2p. Food here is always good. They been open in Grapevine for many many years.
So I wanted to try something new that I've never had before and I found this place on Google. The food *chefs kiss* so good. I had strawberries with my waffle and they were fresh and not soggy. So good. Bacon cook perfectly. The coffee ehh so so. (But im.picky about coffee)the lady who helped me I'm sorry I don't know her name she has red in her hair. So nice and helpful. the only reason I didn't make it 5 stars was it was kinda dirty. You can tell it's a very old building and not taken care of too well. The vents were extremely dirty. Just not eye appealing inside.
