Went on Father's day at 2pm and I can understand its a busy day but still somethings has to be right.I ordered Fajitas and they forgot to give me tortilla even after reminding them twice. When tortillas came, my food was cold and had to send for heating up.Flavor was ok compared to other mexican restaurants.Chicken was very dry.Quantity was good.Best thing was their spicy salsa and chips. ?
We get there and check in and sit outside to wait for our table. The hostess did not get our number correctly and she didn’t bother to come call out our name outside. We ordered the fajita and chicken combo which were really good but our table was so small that we barely had any space too eat. The drinks did not have any liquor at all they tasted like mix only. The tortillas were great. All in all it was good just a couple things they need to work on and they would get 5 Stars.
We were really disappointed in the food and service at our recent trip. The filet fajitas were cooked to barely rare... Requested medium rare. They forgot the guac. Usually this is our go-to tex-mex
It was really great to be able to reserve seating online. That made it quick and easy to get a table. Our service was great but I had to take a star away. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues. I got shrimp fajitas for two. First, we weren't served enough tortillas. Then we noticed that the onions were undercooked and there weren't a lot of vegetables, but there was a lot of shrimp. Finally, my rice was a bit crunchy. The flavors were excellent, but they need to keep an eye on quality. Overall a really good experience with minor inconveniences.
Adam was such a nice server. He was very attentive to us and always kept up with our drinks. Chocolate Piñata was delicious. Thanks Adam for making my birthday celebration great!!!
Salmon Chipotle to die for ❤ Chocolate piñata, excellent. Server,Ruth, delightful. Manager was engaged and helping his staff non stop. Our first choice for Mexican cuisine no doubt!
One look at my fajita bowl and I knew that this isn’t typical Tex Mex. It tasted fresh and light and was just the right serving size. Service was friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend Uncle Julio’s.
Waiter Michael was amazing! Great attitude and excellent service. We were never with a cup empty and informed on the time frame on food arrival. Prices a little higher but so worth it. The meat is so tender and cooked to perfection. We order a steak and a chicken fajitas.
I haven’t been to Uncle Julio’s in a few years, so I was really looking forward to returning tonight. Man, was I disappointed. The queso had about as much flavor as that canned stuff you get on the nachos at a high school football game, and a smaller high school at that. The guacamole was fine, nothing to get in the car and make much of a drive for. The biggest disappointment, though, were the pathetic shrimp fajitas. They used tiny little cocktail shrimp—what decent Tex-Mex place does that?! There were barely enough shrimp and peppers to make two modest sized fajitas. Also, the shrimp were seriously overcooked—like me when I fell asleep on the deck of that cruise ship many years ago. Simply put, those were the WORST fajitas I have ever eaten. I was truly disappointed at the way this place that used to be a favorite has declined. Save your money and go to Rosa’s.
Our server was so nice and quick !! The grand swirl was amazing !!! My steak fajitas bowl was great (add avocados ?) .
