I was craving to eat street tacos, so I checked online and found this place, that looked like an authentic taqueria. I decided to order online on their own website, when I got there to pick them up, I found that they never received my order and were pretty confused about it (even showing the order# and the email confirmation). After a while, I decided to reorder my food at the venue. I quickly got them and went back home to eat. Worse tacos ever. No seasoning, no salt. Totally tasteless. It's sad to say that, but, with the awful food, I can't give a good review for this restaurant.
Visited about half a dozen times over the past year or so. Wanted it to do well, but they consistently fell short of expectations. Tonight was the last time - it was a comedy of errors. Soda machine broken, soda cans expired/flat, food was poor quality (very dry and virtually no flavor), and the service was terrible. Oh - and we had a valid coupon to save 20% on the meal, but the staff was missing a supervisor’s card to authorize it. We will not be returning.
Nice sized place, easy to find, friendly employees. We only had gorditas and a drink.... unfortunately they weren't great but not the worst I've ever had. Meat was dry on all. There was an extraordinary amount of skin/fat on the chicken. All there lacked seasonings/ flavor. Texture of was just off and made it feel not fresh. I can't say I wouldn't be willing to try something else but it would be doubtful. Disappointed ,was really hoping it was better especially based on the amount of people there.
Best Mexican restaurant in the area , Carne a la mexicana is so delicious and the burritos have that authentic Mexican flavor. Mrs. Norma gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They were quick to take our orders and bought out our food right away. My favorite thing about this place are the prices, they were very easy on my pockets. I really recommend this restaurant, please try your best to give this one a try.
Went here with my family this weekend and had a decent early dinner. My husband wanted tacos and this was the place that popped up on my search. We were promptly greeted and served our drinks in an orderly fashion and our food order was taken thereafter. Our waitress was friendly and came to check on us regularly. Food was good and loved the fact they had good authentic food. One thing I did love is that they took my children into consideration without me having to ask for them to bring their food first to let it cool off. It was good and hearty meal for them. I ddnt see a kids menu or I may have missed it. It is a big menu with lots of choices. My kids are picky, but my kids loved their food.The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the plate that I ordered for the kids came with rice and bean sides, but never received it.
Ordered 2 tacos paid drove to job . Now the tortilla has become part of the wrapper. The food had zero taste not even if I poured there salsa which was blah..Disapointed on how horrible the food tasted.Then to top of that they had a credit card fee if you use CC.Do better wont ever get my money again.
When I worked in Grapevine TX for a legendary resort and convention center, we always had someone pick up a huge order of their breakfast tacos for our weekly operations meeting. I now work in Frisco TX so I miss those delicious tastes so much! We regularly did lunches there as a group. Phenomenal people. I was born in Southwest Missouri, and never experienced those tastes and flavors. I drive 6 miles from my home on a regular basis from Flower Mound to Grapevine to just secure my chips, Guacamole, and their salsa, it is so good. There's a lot excellent food here. Eat it! JR
First and last time at this “restaurant”. I ordered enchiladas and a taco to go. The taco was okay the enchiladas not so much. While I was eating the enchiladas I found a long hair tangled with the enchilada cheese and I called to let them know. At that point all I wanted was to let them know about it so they would br careful when making/serving their food (I didn’t remember anyone wearing a hair net) The young guy that answered the call offered for me to go back and they will served me the same thing again. I told him no because i was completely grossed out and knew I was not going to eat it. I told him I just want to let you know that happen. He told me “ma’am that is something normal that happens in every restaurant” and made it sound like it was not a big deal. I told him that was not normal and he hung up while I was talking. I should have known better than to give them a try but I was trying to support small businesses. It was dinner time and I was the only person there.
Authentic Mexican food. There is a wide range and variety of tacos and other Mexican flavors.
We love this place. Authentic Mexican food ... Great tamales, tacos. Friendly service. And you can't beat the prices!
