Simran is the best...she was so patient taking my order at the drive through. I hope management let's Nash train other employees like her
Absolute garbage customer service. Acts completely mistreated over the slightest modification to a menu item and then makes the food the way they want to anyways. Left a complaint with a manager 1 time and my orders have been wrong every time since.

Went through the drive thru tonight. Got a #8 supreme.. cheese and chips ..bean burrito 2 drinks and a cheese Gordita crunch. Got #8 not supreme..and 2 bean burritos with no cheese gordita crunch. Tried to call to fix it..and they ignored my call 7 times . I want my correct food.
Average Mexican fast food.10 Bean burritos were very bland and the flour tortillas we're kinda of tough to chew. $1.79 per been burrito ? was too expensive for what you receive. Open till 2 am on Friday and Saturday, but I wouldn't waste my $$ here anymore. Skimpy on ingredients, barely any cheese on my been burritos! I was let down by one of the largest late night, fast food restaurants in Grapevine, TX. ?
Never took care of me for 15 mins. Stood in the inside while they took care of drive thru. Was patient and nice the whole time while they kept saying be with you in a sec. Place needs to close down.
Really incompetent people and terrible service. I ordered chicken quesadillas and they put beef in it with chicken. Mixed chicken and beef. Idiots. And I specifically asked to make sure they did not put any beef in our food. Horrible people, careless and incompetent.
I’ve never had uncooked chalupa, and I have a problem with that. I went in the evening after working out, and they weren’t busy. No excuses.
