The only subway that's always out of bread except wheat, veggies aren't fresh, meatballs are dry and old and they hold back meats like their life depends on it.They also got roaches saying hello from a window like they're in jail. Eat anywhere else.....
Went and ordered a footlong they said they don’t accept coupons came home and when I ate the subway the meat and veggies tasted stale bread was very dry literally got sick the next day I would honestly tell you don’t go here also none of the attendants were wearing a mask during this Covid times how unprofessional!! They don’t even deserve a one star !also there were roaches around and the containers looked filthy!! All the bread looked stale!
Weak AF. They skimp on the meat,. Won't be coming back here again. I've also seen roaches crawling on the glass where the veggies are. I wish I took a picture of it. I will however call the health and safety board of Grapevine and file a report on this place.. you should have come off with more meat.
Seems like I got covid last time I was here, attendant wasn't using face mask, and the whole sides and vegetables where exposed.
Don’t waste your money at this Subway! Went in to order several sandwiches & at checkout the “Sandwich Artist” proceeds to tell me they don’t take coupons… so instead of getting a great deal on my order I had to pay full price because the owner is so tight he squeaks when he walks! Came close to telling her the they could keep the sandwiches let the owner eat them!!!
Don’t go here much but was disappointed that I could not use my coupon I received in the mail a fews days . So if you have a coupon you can’t use here they have sign everywhere at this location telling you can’t use any coupon.
Wow! Great restaurant bro! Amazing service at the line and register. The bread and cookies I ordered were astronomical! The sandwich was just how I ordered. It was all very tasty. The seats were all very clean. Everyone should try this place at least once.
Go to another subway. This is my 3rd time trying this subway and 3 strikes, you’re out. First, they are out of every bread except wheat (during lunch time mind you). As I was staring at a pan of Italian herb and cheese bread asking for it to be my sandwich she explained they were out of Italian herb and cheese. When I pointed to it in the cabinet she explained more that they’re saving that for “online orders only”. The complaint that stays consistent at this location is them not grasping the fact that veggies go across the WHOLE sandwich not just in the middle and when you ask nicely for them to spread out the veggies, they look at you dumbfounded like you just insulted their children. Never again! Peace.
I honestly don't even want to give this place one star. I always ask for my sandwich to be fixed with two different types of cheese and I have always had no problems at any locations. However the sandwich artist today acted like she couldn't mix the cheeses together to make them half and half and could only put each cheese on each six inch. I tried to explain to her the way the other stores fix it but she stated I don't make the rules. I dismissed it and paid for the extra cheese which was no problem. Point is if I'm already paying for my food to be fixed a certain way and paying for extra then that's what it should be. When I was done paying for the sandwich she then pushed it across the counter to me like she didn't want to put the sandwich in my hand she didn't even have to touch it at that point honestly. There shouldn't have been a problem. Period. I will not be going back to this location needless to say.
This is your classic Subway franchisee location.This particular location is very well run, I seldom have to wait .Typical Subway fare,What makes this location good is the fact that it's clean and efficient.I recommend this location in will be returning myself
