Ordered a large iced coffee with no classic, extra half and half. When I got to the window, I knew it wasn't prepared properly. I have ordered this drink several times and know exactly how it should look. When I politely asked if I could get extra half and half, I was rudely told it was already added and I would be charged an additional $0.70 - which I agreed to. Such an unpleasant experience and the first time I have ever been charged for extra. Never going back to this location.
Not sure what had been going on at this location but within the past few months I’ve been coming here the service has lacking and subpar. I’m chalking this up to a lack in proper training due to constant rotation in employees in a short amount of time. Not sure what the issue is, but it’s noticeable. Also, to the young brunette woman who remade my drink and kept giving me decaf shots; I’m coming back to get your name and report you.
It's a great place with a variety of sitting zones. The accommodation space outside the building is relatively more significant than other locations I visited before.
The employee at the register pronounced and spelled my name (Davianna) right ? it's a little thing but nobody ever gets my name right and I always appreciate it when they do.
As an avid Starbucks goer, this is by far the most friendly and kind staff! Every person treats me, the customer, as someone special! Appreciate their hard work. I will always drive to this location for this reason!
Shoutout to Maggie and team for being super sweet ! Her headset died and one of the other workers had apologized and took the rest of my order ( none of that was their fault, but I found it a little funny ). Maggie was super sweet and funny at the window. Appreciate you guys !

Great coffee options, comfortable seating area and professionals that greet you with a smile and warm and amazing personalities!
So slow every time. Not sure what their priorities are but my mobile order took 18minutes today
