Horrible service. The barista at the counter saw me and ignored me for a few minutes. I greeted her and no response. I ordered my drink and food and scanned my phone to pay. No acknowledgement that my payment went through, no thank you. I had to ask her if I was done. She says "yeah" and looked away. Very disappointing service from Starbucks. If I could give a zero, I would have. :(

I doubt anyone will read this because people just find a local Starbucks and go there but honestly, I would not waste your time coming here certainly in the morning. It’s just way too busy. There’s not even enough parking to pick up your coffee. The folks in there are nice enough but it takes over half an hour to fill an order and honestly there are better options out there.
I usually have a great experience at this location, but it took one employee to ruin that. She was so rude. It was my birthday and she then tried to be smart after I spoke to her manager and said my coupon was expired when it wasnt. Not how customer service should be. Disappointed.

The worst service and rudest barista. The manager Audrey was no better. Service was terrible. We will never return to this location for this reason.
