Simple order, two chili dogs and two corn dogs. Took over 20 min. I was parked where I could see the staff. There were very few customers, my order sat unattended for most of the time.The food was cold. Staff looked young and they acted immatureGrapevine Tx on Hall Johnson
Went twice in the past few weeks after dinner and both times their ice cream and/or shake machine was down. So disappointing.
Every food item I receive from this place is either Luke warm or not fried til crispy at all. I get drinks and ask for easy ice and get a cup full of ice but the biggest problem for me is the food. Got cheese fries and the fries aren’t Crispy at all , they are always soggy and soaked in grease and cold. Today got a bacon egg and cheese toaster with no egg asked for crispy bacon and the bacon is soggy and almost raw, the toast is not toast at all and it is so greasy I could put it on my ashy elbows. Someone needs to fix this problem, all I get from this store is an upset stomach. If you want good food I recommend the one off of 360 and glade.
I forgot to tell them to put mustard on my cheeseburger. I thought everybody in Texas had mustard on their cheeseburgers?!? NO MAYO ? So food was ok but the service was terrific even when they were really busy.
Food is always perfect and the staff is quite nice. I enjoy their breakfast items and Ocean Water is so good!
Whoever the guy on the mic was this morning needs a serious attitude adjustment, never had such an attitude from an order-taker before. Otherwise everything was fine, but he did miss one of the items we ordered and didn't seem to care. But the kind lady who brought us the food helped us

Sonic has the best desserts of any fast food joint hands down. Staff here is friendly even though they're under-staffed.
It was almost closing time and the staff still took my order. The food was hot and fresh along with good service after being so late.
Nice staff. Tad slow but nothing to cry about. Got the wrong order first, but quickly recovered. Food was what u expect for fast food. Luv the tots!
