Great Customer service- I live close- order off the app pick up on the way to work- Never disappointed. Great customer service is so hard to come by these days
The customer service here is great ? ? the 1st time we had a smoothie here - it was made very well. The 2nd time - the smoothies were kinda grainy, but it might just be the immunity support boost in there? Not sure. There is no drive through.
The owner helped my daughter choose the right smoothie for her nutritional needs and was very friendly. We will definitely return the next time we are in Grapevine.

They remember me when I walk in and ask if I'll be back tomorrow. I got the slim veggie 20oz smoothie. Low calorie, spinach, kale - healthy veggies, and delicious! ??
The staff were all friendly and greeted customers promptly. I originally came in for the $5 Friday special but found out my smoothie was considered a meal, and meal smoothies are $6. It's still $2 off on Fridays though, but I was confused about it at first when it rang up $6 instead of $5. No biggie, I still really wanted my Strawberry Shredder smoothie.The Shredder smoothie tasted really good, definitely hit the spot after being outside walking around in the heat. I ended up sharing the 32 oz with my kiddo and it was plenty for both of us.Thanks Smoothie King! Today was a good visit

We love smoothie king but won’t be back to this location! The gentleman taking our order tried to up sell my children. I ordered two kids smoothies and a large for myself, he looked at my 8 year old son and told him he could do better than that and needed to get a 20oz and then told my 4 year old she needed the bigger size because it had peanut butter and chocolate. I am all for the up sell but it should be directed towards a parent not a small child.

Smells great when you walk in....like bananas. Reasonably priced. Got a 32 oz and easily filled me up.
