Absolutely disappointing. Very unpolite and unprofessional staff.Food tasted like microwave food.What a waste of money.
If I could give a zero review I would. Nice atmosphere in a quiet terminal. Waiting for a flight at a close gate. Waitress “trolled” for drinks before last call at 6pm and manager was standing at our table 10 minutes later telling us that we had to leave as they were closed. Didnt care that we didn’t have time to drink the drinks they sold us at 15 dollars a drink. Never treated this rudely in all my travels and I have done a lot of traveling. Never written a negative review until this one. Scratch Shin Sei off the list of places to stop.
Awful service! Their waitress (Brianna) moved me three rimes and would not take more order. I asked her if she’d please take my order after waiting for too long but she became very aggressive. I had to leave and go somewhere else!
The chicken ramen was a good choice to try this place for the first time. I’ve had better ramens before but to be an airport meal, this was a good choice. Love the mushrooms and baby bok choy. Attention was also war and good. I do recommend
Very tasty fried rice! Service was poor (not a single smile or greeting, cast a grey cloud over the experience).

Food and drinks were well made. Restaurant area was moderately clean and servers were professional and friendly, but need trqining on how to serve dishes (keep hands away from food).
This is the BEST airport food I have ever eaten! I travel each and every week for business, and I often connect in DFW. I don't know how I have missed this place, but I'll be a regular here going forward! The waitress, Michelle, was also very friendly and attentive. ? ? ? ? ?

Some of the worst Asian food I’ve had? With the rudest waitress. I don’t see this restaurant lasting a few month, to be honest.Pro tip, go to McDonalds instead.
