5:15pm today July 3, I'm ordering a whole pizza cause is cheaper than by slice I have 3 kids, so the guy told me that they are not cooking more pizzas cause it's gonna take them 55min so I'm like ok I ll wait, so he goes back to an old lady and the lady comes to me saying that there about to close, so that's why they are not putting more pizzas on the oven, so we went to Taco Bell. I guess they just being lazy. I work on a restaurant and we tried to sell has much has we can and tried to get all customers happy but I guess this is not one of these restaurants.
They never have Stromboli. It was 4 hours until closing and they said they wouldn’t make any. So annoying I drove 30 min to get it (this is the hijabi crew that NEVER has all the products and is always super rude, the crew with the POC is always very accommodating and has everything on the menu available all days they work and at all hours. The POC crew even set aside my food for me since I was driving from so far so that it would still be a available when I arrived)
Yes I was very disappointed with this place. I prefer the crust from this particular company, and really look forward to eating their pizzas. However the gentleman told me we only reheat the pizzas. I was asking for a large pizza and a Stromboli. Like dude, I’ve been going to Grapevine Mills mall for over a decade+. I even got this pizza for my Birthday last year. I know I can order a large pizza there. He was just really rude, so I calmly just said I need to cancel my order. I just wanted your pizza dude.
It's clear this place changed management/owners because the service is trash. Never going back. So cheap, clearly looking at the recent reviews this is their standard.

I got sick after eating here. The food was cold and the macaroni was clumpy. Very gross and VERY SLOW

Pizza was burnt, cold & not good at all. This Sbarro missed the mark on every aspect of good pizza for me. I’m gonna file a complaint with the BBB. ?
