I paid with a gift card that the cashier or manager didn't understand that it's used as a credit card. I spent almost an hour trying to get my food I ordered to go. I didn't appreciate that they wanted to send me away because they couldn't get it to work. I stayed because I wasn't leaving without anything to eat. I was very patient with them until they got it figured out, almost took a nap. Wasn't tip worthy because I felt like I had to work to hard for food I was paying for in the first place. After a long flight delay and just getting home I wasn't going anywhere else just because they couldn't get it correct. Hopefully with their new knowledge no one else has to experience what I did for a burger and fries. I Love Red Robin ? Yummm!
Came in on a Sunday afternoon, maybe like 3 other tables there. Our table was a party of 12, service was bad. The waiter made everything complicated, took orders by people with water first but then forgot what everyone had. Forgot my wife's food, wasn't done until everyone else was already finished eating. All the meals had a pitiful amount of fries, tried ordering more as they are advertised as unlimited but that took another 20 minutes. Overall I wouldn't come here ever again.
Extensive menu, great service, excellent burgers, and unlimited sides; what more could you want?Well, they also serve chicken and vegetarian meals.If that’s not enough there are video screens all over the place, so you won’t miss your favorite game.There is something there for everyone.
I ordered 2 meals togo tonite before closing 10:30pm. When i got home 11:00 pm realized order was wrong. Have not ate was very hungry so my wife and I ate the incorrect burger and chicken sandwhich. I called resturant and was told the order was correct and i was a liar !!! Send proof of incorrect order or i was a liar.Well i never even asked for refund or to correct order, i was just a liar !! Do this is how a resturant treats its CUSTOMERS!!!Do Not eat at Red Robin in Grapevine, TX horrible management, horrible cooks and horrible customer service !! Lets see if mgmt even responds ??Paul
The food is always great here, but what I love the most is the customer service! Our server was so friendly and personable, as well as just being really good at his job! Also, the manager came over to greet us and ended up staying to chat a while. Going the extra mile to be friendly in an all too often unfriendly world is such a little thing that can make a big difference!
I had no issues with this location as I had a rewards order for my birthday. The server who took my order was extremely polite and even asked if I needed anything else and was quick with my curbside order. I very much appreciated the service!
We ate here tonight and had one of the worst dining experiences we can remember. The place was practically empty, and yet they could not get their act together. We waited way too long for every single thing we asked for, and we had to ask for a lot. They brought our food out with no silverware, explaining that they had to wash it first. What??!! After over 10 minutes of our food getting cold they brought out spoons. Just spoons. It's hard to eat chicken or salad with a spoon. Another 5 minutes for forks. This pattern continued with drink refills, bottomless fry refills, fry sauce, bottomless macaroni refills...it was a disaster.
HORRIBLE time. We went yesterday (on a Sunday) around 1pm to get sat for a table of 7 (4 adults 3 kids) people. They told us it would be a wait and didnt/couldnt give us a time. So we waited close to 40 min still didnt have any type of idea. The restaurant was not busy at all, and no one walked in as we were waiting. I understand understaffing issues but someone could have surely picked up a table. We eventually left clearly upset cause everyone was hungry I mean why else do you go to a restaurant. 0/10Next time I wont waste any time even trying that place.
I am only giving 1 star because zero isnt an option. We were sat at a dirty table by the host who just walked away. The service was non existent. Our orders were wrong. Burgers were burnt. We had given up on our drinks and were looking around to get them ourselves. We had to ask numerous times for napkins. flatware and drink refills which never showed up. There was only 1 other table seated in the restuarant at the time. The guests at the other table were complaining that some of their food never arrived at all and the shift manager was yelling and arguing with them to go look in the kitchen. They then had the audacity to charge me $85 for burnt food and having to get basic necessities ourselves. HORRIBLE. would not recommend. Looking at recent reviews it looks like this has been a consistent pattern at this location.
I really, really wish I could give ZERO stars, from the services to the food was unacceptable. Our waiter I think he said his name was Bob didn't get NOTHING right we asked for. Then he wasted tea on the table and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT NOR DID HE APOLOGIZED. Now let's talk about the food. IT WAS BEYOND TERRIBLE.....The fries definitely was cooked in old grease and with no season on them AT ALL. Our burgers was burnt a plain as ever. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER
