The food is a bit overpriced for what it is. The portions do make up for that a bit, but honestly it is hard to justify the prices they have on some things. The placed itself is nice and clean, the animatronics are the main reason we go and that part is fun. The service though, the service has always lacked for us. We had a reservation, and things were okay when we got there. We had to move, because the table we got was making my daughter uncomfortable. The change was good and the new table was awesome. The service took a good 5 minutes before she came to get drink orders. Then she started talking about buying a kids cup for the drinks, and the worst part was she sold it to the kids. I guess I should have just told them no, but it was hard since we were trying to treat them. That was an additional $10 per cup by the way...thanks lady for letting me know how much that was going to run. Then she left us alone for what felt like 10 minutes before we finally got the drinks and she took our order for dinner. Then we watched her check on every table but us for pretty much the rest of the service. One table was sat, ordered, and got their food between us ordering our food and getting it. We only ordered an appetizer, and adult plate and a kids plate. So I do not think it was what we ordered. Anyway, they ate and finished their food around the same time we finished, but they had the waitress come over and check on them and give them a check to be paid and go. She proceeded to do 3 rounds, where she checked on everyone else but us, and proceeded to not see us when we tried whatever to flag her down. At this point my kids were through, and a meal that typically takes us 30-45 minutes has gone on for over 2 hours. We finally get her attention, and get her to bring us a check. Honestly, at that point I was over it and getting more frustrated. I just paid with cash and left. She responded and checked in with everyone but us. Not sure why.
We had reservations luckily, but the wait was 3 hours despite most of the tables in the restaurant being empty. They must have been short staffed, because the service was extremely slow. Food was pretty blah. By the time we finally got it I was ready to leave. Definitely not the Rainforest experience I had as a kid.
Birthday and business dinner
We were sitting for over 25 minutes before we even got a menu and drinks. The 2 tables beside us showed up later and there were served before us.
We had an amazing server, by far the best service I have had in awhile. The fried shrimp tacos and volcano dessert were Heaven sent!!! Thank you for being my favorite restaurant!!
Service was good! Food was great and the kids had a great time!!!
Recommend requesting a seat next to one of the animals or a fish tank. We were not near any of that and our kids wanted to run around the restaurant the entire time so they could see something when the show started.
Outdated. The higher cost n the past was acceptable because the value matched. Not anymore. Now corporate seems to be working on burrowed time of yesteryear. Donât see them making it without a revamp of menu, price and fix up of the grounds. Everything from bathroom to furniture is outdated and in need of replacementâ¦.not repair. This isnât on the workers or local management. This is on ownership.

Waiter was very slow and unorganized. Even with a reservation, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Food is over priced and not that great for the cost. I feel you are paying more for the experience than the value of the food.
