This guy is a complete tool,. Rude aggressive and doesn't pay attention to the customer. Messed my order up 3 times and still after telling him over and over couldn't listen well enough to make it right. He hands me 2 different orders that were not mine,. And charged me for a different order. This punk acted like I made the mistake. He should be fired. I called their corporate line a reported this guy's behavior. Maybe pay attention to your job and quit talking so much..and don't assume because I'm white I don't speak Spanish.. this is Texas pal,. I heard everything you were saying then you tried to weasel out of it as if you were explaining work related issues. Straight up liar. You work in fast food, don't act like you have a special job. Loser. Didn't think I'd get a picture,. This is good enough to email to the corporate office.
We ordered a kids meal at this popeyes while on vacation. They didn't give us the chicken. Just received the side item. We tried calling them and their phones do not work. Wasn't worth the hassle driving around that area to go back. How do you forget to put the chicken in the bag??
First my order was not delivered . We ordered apples pies with a 7 min wait. that was a joke. never received them after 8 minutes. bad business.
Bad service, old chicken hard to bite, and so expensive. I order combo of 3 pcs 2 personal sides and a drink. For $15.14. the chicken was 2 wings and thigh.
People were great and the food was quick, I just didn't like it.

I went to Grapevine location yesterday afternoon. I have to say there were only three employee's working and they did an awesome job!!! The line was three deep in front of me and three deep behind me and I was only in line about ten minutes. Food was great and Juan who was working the window was so nice and was doing his best to take and fill orders as quick as possible. Will definitely return and I hope the company recognizes the hard work this staff was doing.
Perfect every time! Chicken is so fresh, never greasy, or undercooked, great service also.
Terrible experience. Ordered something as simple as a #9 chicken sandwich fries and drink. Get my sack and no fries so I pull back around and tell the guys working only to have one swear he put fries in the sack. Why in the world would I go through all that just to lie about $1 worth of french fries? On top of being the slowest drive thru on earth.. worst popeyes experience thus far.
I can't understand how a place is empty and they can't give you good service. I ordered 2 chicken hips and a chicken breast and couldn't believe the size of them. The three pieces of chicken together barely made one. You can see it in one of the photos that I took one of them. They looked like a quail hen. To make matters worse, I don't eat the skin of the chicken, so when I removed it, the meat was reduced to nothing. I spoke to the person who attended me and they replied that this is how they are coming now. They also gave us a mashed potato that we did not ask for and the person noticed it and about 3 minutes later he went to our table, took it and also put it in a bag and gave it to a person who was at the window. I could not believe it. With the things that we are experiencing today with covid 19 and the most calm employee did that. The sauces that we asked were not given to us and the side that I asked was given to me small and I ordered it large. I don't want to imagine if the place were full how many mistakes I would make. Very unfortunate that the Popeyes chain has such a low reputation but you can see why.
