I'm new to the area and I've never seen a Pizza Hut with a drive-thru. That said, when I placed an order for carry-out, the expectation was that I would go to the store, walk in, and pick it up as I have at every other pizza restaurant. When I arrived, the door had posted hours that stated that on Saturday, you close at 11 PM, not that your dining room closes at 9PM, including for carryout orders. I knocked on the window to get the attention of the two employees who were playing on their phones at the counter and was completely ignored. I called your location twice and it rang continuously until finally hanging up on me. It wasn't until I gave up on your store and called customer service to get my money back that I saw a drive-thru line for pick-up which said "call ahead for faster service." I brought these frustrations up to the employee at the window and mentioned that in all this time trying to contact your store, no one gave me the time of day and consequently my pizza would no longer be of the best quality, to which he claimed your hot pads had the ability to keep a pizza warm for 30+ minutes and then tried to hand me the pizza through the window. I refused to accept the pizza and told him to cancel my order, which he did promptly and without any attempt to solve the real issue. It's obvious that you guys must have good traffic given your location in Grapevine and can afford to burn a few customers. With the amount of customers I saw pull into parking spots beside me that night, I'm sure it's more than one.
I ordered my pizza online and picked it up at the drive thru window. The employee was very friendly and professional. His attention to detail was great, all my extras were included and he was kind enough to point that out without me having to ask. Additionally, the food was great! I give this location a high score and can recommend it to others. I will definitely be back.
This is one of the BEST Pizza Hut establishments I’ve ever been to! I ordered the Big Dinner Pizza Box, only available during March Madness. Service and food was great. For the Big Dinner Pizza Box, I ordered the Meat Lover, Veggie Lover, breadsticks, and some pasta. Meat Lover had the right amount of flavor; not too salty and not too watery and tasteless, and the crust was just outright crispy! However, the Veggie Lover needed a tad bit more of flavor, and crust just wasn’t crispy. Cheesy breadsticks are not cut; you have to cut it yourselves. Breadsticks are a little too salty, but texture-wise, it was amazing. Lastly, the extra pasta for $10 was creamy and tender on the inside, though it was a little burned on the outside. All in all, the big dinner pizza box w/ pasta costed about $37, so I will definitely come back here again for pizza! 8/10
This pizza hut has a great lunch buffet. They have all the usual pizza, pepperoni rolls, bread sticks pasta (2 types) and even cinnamon dessert. Only thing missing is a salad.
Always ready by 15 minutes—-best Pizza Hut locationPizza is hot/fresh-staff is friendlyThere is a longer wait at Southlake and Colleyville locations
Came here for the Lunch Buffet, I didn't know any Pizza Hut still did this. It was great! The buffet was small but the employees kept it stocked with a variety of pizza, thin and pan crust and different toppings. I'll be back!
Quickness of delivery, delivery guy was polite and did a nice hand-off due to Covid. It was still hot when pizza arrived. It was very Delicious
Pizza was the best had the best flavor and taste! Bread crust was just amazing had plenty of flavor just right. Everything was melt in your mouth like. Pizza came really hot which is the best. Thanks Pizza hit for y’all’s service time and Effort for making the Best!:) Way over 5 star quality!
This Pizza Hut was good. Order picked up through drive-thru was ready on time and correct. Toppings evenly distributed across the pizza (you'd be surprised how often this is not the case at some pizza joints).
The outside marquee advertised a buffet from 11-1, so we figured that they would be open for indoor dinning at 5 p.m.- but, Nope! We could see workers inside, but the doors were locked. CALL before you go.
