Pizza was terrible. Crust was thin and crispy but stale crispy... not good crispy! The meatball sandwich tasted of nothing but salt. 2 stars because the hot Italian sandwich was quite good. I also hate having to order at the counter and tipping immediately... tipping is for service. It's also BYOB, which isn't a big deal but disappointing when I was looking forward to a nice red wine.
Ordered 2 pizzas, spaghetti, meatball sandwich and artichoke dip (aka Alfredo sauce) for appetizer. Artichoke came out last after about 45 mins. Mind you there were three other people in Palio’s with us. Staff was friendly but food was soggy, meatballs were store bought and the artichoke dip was embarrassing. I was confused by the 4 star rating, until i read it was mostly 1 stars sprinkled with 5 stars.
Tasty pizza! They make it right when you order. We enjoyed our square pizza with a thin crust! Good amount of toppings too.
Love Palio's. Great fresh pizza. Clean location and friendly staff. Will dine again here for sure.
It’s a good place. It’s not expensive and you’ll eat well. I’ll go back, my little girl enjoyed it more than enough, and I left feeling I got my monies worth. See you all again!
Where do I start? Chaotic and disorganized and the place was not even full! We came in looking for a quick bite to eat after Christmas events on Main St expecting to get a quick and more comfortable bite to eat but we're disappointed. We should've known when we walked in and there were several tables that hadn't been cleaned. We proceeded to order and were told that we couldn't order pizza because "they were running low on dough" but pizzas kept coming out of the kitchen. Oh and no bread either but again, people coming after us were still getting their bread and pizza. All in all...not worth it. Dirty, disorganized and just too much!
Terrible experience today with my family. Lisa the general manager was so very rude. Has a horrible attitude and frankly I'm shocked she was in management at all. She tossed our food on the table and made us feel very unwelcome. When my wife went to give our server a tip she demanded we only speak to her(lisa). She only wanted to give our server a tip because she was actually nice to us. We will not be coming back.
The food was delicious, the staff was pleasant, the restaurant was nice and clean. Definitely coming back here in the future.
Nice thin crust pizza, calzones, salads, and desserts. BYOB which is perfect. Outside patio.
Awesome spot for family friendly good pizza. My friends and i have been customers for last 3 years and each visit has been perfect pizza dinner, friendly people who made all dinners an awesome experience.
