Great food and service ???
We went out on a date to P.F. Chang's Grapevine tonight. The food was really good like usual. Tonight we were served by Alexander! Wow! The level of service he provided was so good we asked to speak to the manager because Alexander was so outstanding. If you are going there, you should ask for Alexander. My wife said that she hadn't had that level of service since we were eating at a Michelin star restaurant in London earlier this year. Alexander made a really good meal phenomenal!
I haven't been to PF Chang's in almost 10 years and it was better than I remembered. The banana egg roll dessert was a great finish to a classic Asian dinner. I would come back and try some other things, as this visit was sticky ribs and pad thai and both were very good.
The service was outstanding! Made the entire evening enjoyable!
We were visiting from out of town and our waiter did a great job to help us feel welcome to the restaurant and town. He shared great insights about the food (he was right: the Mongolian Beef was stellar) and we had the chance to try lots of great dishes.We definitely recommend getting the Mongolian Beef, the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, the Crab Wontons, and the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Of course, get those with the lo mein!Finally, we tried the banana spring rolls and they were simply AMAZING. If you have space in your belly, we highly recommend getting them!
This location claimed Open Table is not connected to their reservation system and the host was dismissive when we tried to get our reservation honored. We walked out because we did not want to give them our business. We went to another PF Chang’s yesterday (Grandscapes) and had a good experience but again there was a reservation issue but the hostess was accommodating.

Great food and service. Location is great for the DFW too
Food was great and service was amazing. Our server was also one of the bartenders and he kept up with us. Will def be back
Went to PF Chang’s for the first time a few nights ago. The food and service were wonderful, as was the ambience!
