I really loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and the food was awesome and homemade! Five stars all around.
Best tacos ever guisado and beans are my favorite and the best salsa with the homemade flour tortillas love this place and so does my husband stops there at 3 days of the week.
Very nice, clean, well ran small restaurant. The owner was very sweet and kind and also addressed everyone by first name which is very rare nowadays. The tacos well priced and were good but on the smaller side. Overall it was a positive morning breakfast before heading back to SAN ANTONIO.
I'm new to Grapevine and stopped in this morning because of the sign outside that said, "handmade tortillas", I was not disappointed! I grew up in Oak Cliff and have family in San Antonio where there are a lot of good Tex/Mex restaurants. The barbacoa tacos I ordered reminded of barbacoa you would find in San Antonio! I'll definitely be back.
Bill runs the best taco shop in The Lone Star State. I stopped in one day for a taco and have gone back every weekday since. The beef and bean tacos are unbelievably good, made even better by the phenomenal tortillas. I prefer the corn but the flour is on point as well.
Hands down the best breakfast tacos in DFW. Hand made tortillas with fresh cooked eggs. Literally to order. Their sweets are delightful also!
Best tacos, best food in town!
Carne Guisada tacos are on point! Need a hot option for hot sauce. Maybe a green sauce also.
This place it's ok for the tacos Wayyy over priced now they even charge u for the sauce like they are not enough expensive already! Tacos always so poorly w the amount they put for the price they are ! I understand the waiting but I waited almost 40 minutes and still nothing for 3 tacos !! Pay more to the people to work for u! To have a better quality service for the customers!! Not coming back at all there's other Mexican places to have better bigger tacos smh!!
With every bite… a blast from the past when my grandmother and grandfather would make homemade breakfast tacos. I didn’t like eggs when I was a kid, so I’m not sure about their migas but my brother gave a thumbs up. My absolute favorite is the build your own taco with bacon, potato, and refried beans - just like my childhood request. With that in mind, someone I know who grew up bougie with bland food, did not like these tacos. These tacos pack a punch and if too much flavor is a problem, skip the tacos and just order a dozen tortillas.***Important consideration: Their food is legit made to order so if you are in a hurry, skip this place or call 20 - 30 minutes before you plan on picking up.
