When placing our order, the counter person was un-attentive, I had to repeat my order a couple of times. I ordered two filet-o-fish with light sauce, I had to tell her again after looking at my receipt and seeing she didn't enter it. I also ordered a hamburger with mustard and pickle only, I received a plain hamburger. When I went to the counter I was ignored. I was also ignored when I tried to get salt and two large lids for our drinks as the lid holder was out of all the lids but small. The diet Coke STILL has an odd taste to it. When I ask the counter lady for ketchup, she points her finger and says nothing.When I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNuggets from the kiosk, the lady working drive-thru says a number and throws the nuggets on the counter.It seems everyone of the employees could use some customer service training!
This is my second time ordering a Bacon Qtr pounder and there’s no bacon on it. I blame myself for not checking the order before pulling off. However, my expectation is my order will be made the way I asked. So, I’ll assume this location is out of bacon for the reason I’ve gotten a baconless burger (which I was charged for) each time in the last two weeks. I tried calling the location today but the phone rang continuously.
This McDonald's has improved it's service tremendously in the last year or so. Big thanks to the smiling staff and to the management.I started going here in 2020 and many times back then I left very frustrated. I was getting the wrong food so often that I began checking the bag every time before leaving the window, and when it was wrong it was usually not handled well.Now in 2021 and 2022 I don't bother checking the bag anymore. They haven't handed me the wrong food in several months! They are always friendly and if they aren't sure they're giving me the right thing, they ask me before handing me anything.
Stopped in just before close and did the drive through. Wasn't expecting much that close to close but my fish and fries were fresh and my Mac tasted great. Good job on quality!

Good food, and is always the staple of fast food. Want to grab a quick bite? Get some fries. Feeling hungry? Order a burger. Overall, a good business.
Two days in a row. While taking a friend to work the drive through lady cuts off my order. When I said I wasn’t finished she said she already totaled. It’s like that’s enough food for you fatty. She sent me through and refused to add.
They let you order to pick up inside, but the door is locked and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. No way to cancel the order to be picked up inside which cannot be picked up inside. So wait 45 minutes in the drive thru for cold food or cut my losses on the money I already gave them for nothing?
When I visited I can only guess that this location is suffering the effects of the employment crises. Considering what some of their "meals" cost, I am pretty sure they could afford to pay employees better to attract and retain workers.Anyway, drive through was slow going. But the quality of food was sufficient to keep me from deciding hunger was preferable, but only just.
They're usually very fast. Have never had a complaint on a getting any food incorrectly. And they recently corrected an issue with a drink that I had so.
