This place has the laziest Employees I have ever seen I sat at the drive-through speaker for 5 minutes with no greeting at all. So i pulled to the window and stared at them and they are stared back at me seemingly offended I was trying to get food at 120 AM on my lunch break. They are supposedly open 24 hours and ignored me completely.
I just waited 30 literal minutes in line, 20 of those literal minutes were before i even got to order, except there was NO LINE. I didn’t get a “just a second” or “hold please” I HAD TO ASK “hello?” THREE times and should’ve drove off except i knew there were employees working from the cars that had just left the window. I’ve worked drive thru, i KNOW how it is but this was absolutely unacceptable. the only words the bigger lady with the glasses said was “$5.15” i waited thirty minutes for a happy meal and was (actually not even greeted) with zero professionalism. The bar is low enough as it is but this was just so frustrating. Instead of eating the food i waited thirty minutes for i’m typing this review, that is how genuinely sad my experience was.
Ordered three drinks from the curbside parking spot. One coke, no ice, one coke with normal ice and one Dr. Pepper. Received two Dr peppers with no ice and a coke with no ice., after waiting 13 minutes for the order, then finally just walking I side myself to get the order, which was sitting in a taped up bag, for who knows what reason. 13 minutes to get three cups filled? Why? Especially when zero time was spent putting ice in any of them, or wasting time making sure the correct product was being put in each cup.
Garbage McDonald’s!!!!! Found a hair so asked them to remake, they did but with an attitude. Only to leave and start opening up the rest of the food only to find out they gave us completely different things than we ordered, that were far less expensive than our order. Not sure how they had nearly 4 stars, they are clearly all incompetent.
It was clean and well decorated but you could hear the employees talking in the kitchen from the back of the store. As for the food, the fries, which I normally enjoy, were cold, unseasoned, and soggy, and my McChicken did not have mayonnaise. Otherwise, it's just your typical McDonald's!
This place is horrible 20 min for 2 Fountain drinks! Took 5 min before we were acknowledged and he took card and handed it back and continue his conversation with the other worker. Sat there some more he left came back with a drink for himself as he was drinking it? if we hadn't paid for it already I would've left!!!! And the 1 star is to leave a comment! Customer service was horrible!!!!
Pretty typical McDonald's, service generally pretty good except right at rush hour periods.One kind of aggravating point is that the drive-through has 2 speaker stands for ordering, but only 1 of them works, and it's been that way for some time.As far as the food goes, it's typical McDonald's fare.
Great burgers and fries ?. Even the fry emoji looks like McDonald's French fry's! So tried & true, the best mediocre burger ? in the Nation. Keeps me coming back for more uniformity in taste and smell. Just wish I could say that about there price's. That's changed and has never stopped getting more expensive every year that passes. I used to get a burger, fries and a drink for $0.99 as a young man. It just cost too much to eat here on a regular basis. Just great traveling road food. Consistently mediocre food, always the same every time, any day, anywhere in the country! ?
We stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich to go. They were busy and asked if we would order thru the kiosk. I got frustrated and the gentleman took care of our order at the register. He was sooo nice and I'm sorry I didn't get his name.5 stars to him.
Went to McDonald’s to buy a mcchicken and a spicy chicken sandwich and food taste bland. Bread on my mcchicken was old and cracked. Fries were room temperature and not seasoned with salt . Forgot my mcfrappe . I recommend staying away from this location it’s trash af
