Ordered the signature dish, chicken and waffles. Liked that you got to choose the 3 pieces of chicken (thigh, leg, wing, or breast). Large pieces. Chicken was good. Crispy, nice flavor. Waffles were soggy. I don't think either item was made to order. Fine for chicken, not fine for waffles. Great service from a friendly waiter. She was fast and attentive. Strongly disliked the hand-held electronic bill pay situation.
After a Doctor appointment at nearby BSW, I wanted to celebrate after a good report from the doc. Never had we been to Lo Lo's, so we decided to try it out. Got there right after opening at 11:00. Was taken to our table and before sitting down, noticed that the table and seats were sticky, so we just moved to another table. When asked why we moved, they apologized and quickly commenced to cleaning the tables and seats. Our food arrived and looked delicious. The portion were huge. I brought as much home as I ate. The wife got chicken tenders and they were the biggest I've seen served in a restaurant. Service was good. We will definitely be back.
We waited on a waiting list for over 3 hours! We got seated at 5 pm, ordered our food by 5:15. It’s 7:43 pm and we still DO NOT have our food!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! Now, some of the food we ordered, they are now out of!!! I don’t think I’ll be back!!

We came all the way from KC to visit and HAD to try this place out. The food was soo good. It came out hot and the flavor was delicious. Our server Mikayla was amazing. We got seated late but she was so accommodating and helpful. Her great service and the good food will have us coming back.
I had a wonderful time here! The food was excellent…just like momma’s fried chicken! And the music and vibe was on point! I can’t wait to go back! It was clean and the waitress was simply amazing
Soul Food in the city. Everyone can enjoy it. The Hour wait to get in, and the hour wait for the food is dreadful. Once we got feed some of the food was wonderful while other dishes may have been sitting in the prep station with no warmer. The neighboring table said his experience was a five hour process. Pack your patience and a bag of chips...
Thanks Amanda our Hostess was very sweet and we were greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was great, and the music was awesome. The waiter was attentive, and was able to balance his tables. It was our first time there, and we tried the greens, mac n Cheese, chicken and waffles. Groups area was closed but can easily hold small gatherings indoors or outside. Shout out to the manager he was able to speak with us, as we left.Your doing great!(
The food is delicious. The chicken pieces are large and seasoned well. The waffle is fresh and fluffy, with vanilla notes that complement the chicken well.Overall this restaurant is amazing however the service is slow. Note they were busy when we went. We walked in originally to dine in, but there was a 30 min wait so we ordered at the to go counter. It then took an hour+ to get our food. We had to ask after 45min and when we got it, it all was cold -_-I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars because the flavors were great! They just need some help in the kitchen.Def eat here.
