I don't know what it is about fast food in grapevine lol but the service at nearly every chain fast food establishment in my area absolutely sucks. Just called to place an order over the phone because online didn't have an option I needed. I wasn't even able to get a word in. The guy just picked up and said "we are busy, order online".... He did say please though.
Location hours are wrong. Don’t come here past 8:30. I get that these days ppl are sometimes underpaid and don’t feel like staying at work but I got to this location at about 8:45 pm, saw someone walk out with a pizza and the lady inside saw me walking up, locked the door and motioned with her hands that they were closed. I motioned for her to come to the door and she turned around and walked away. At least have the decency to communicate properly! Is it just laziness?? Pretty disappointed but not surprised. Thought they closed at 9 pm? Google says 10 pm! ? Pls update hours on your sign AND google. Don’t wanna have ppl make the drive to find out you closed two hours prior.
The customer service here is just horrible! Every time I go to this location they make me feel like I'm bothering them for placing an order. Today I went & the woman there was very rude (as expected) but couldn't even be bothered by putting my change in my extended hand, she placed it on the counter instead. Okay, but that's not why I'm writing this. The woman proceeded to stock the cooler & is practically running me over while doing so, so I move. No big deal right? Wrong. The next time she comes around the counter to stock more she literally walked so close to me, she grazed my shirt sleeve, mind you I had moved for her. I thought it was just me but another lady came in & she acted the same way towards her. Oh, but instead of the change being placed on the counter it was practically thrown into the customer's hand & the change fell onto the counter. They should definitely learn how to treat people. Because I'm about to just stop going, maybe I'll find another location that's more friendly since Little Caesar's is my favorite pizza. #DoBetter
Great customer service! Both ladies were nice and friendly. Thin crust pizza was crispy, thin and well done. Will definitely come back to this location!
More expensive than most Little Caesars. About 15% higher than I'm used to. And worst quality. Really really greasy. Probably has to do with cheese which taste different than on other Little Caesars.
Really 3.9 stars? I’ve been there 3’rimes. When the door opens they look out from the back…and that’s it. They don’t acknowledge you at all. So you stand there until they finish what they are doing and slowly walk up front. And even then if you don’t initiate first contact they won’t look your way. Worst Little Caesars ever!! Can’t believe they stay in business.
Customer service at this location is awful. I've NEVER had a decent experience. My husband walked in Sunday January 22nd at 9 pm. They close at 10. We couldn't place an order online when we tried around 8:30 for some reason, tried to call it in no one picks up. When my husband walked in to my order one of the 2 women there was super rude like he has posed the biggest inconvenience ever just by walking in. He asked to place an order she stared at him for a minute, looked around and said "yeah". While he was waiting on the pizza the phone rang a few times, she complained to the other woman working and went and messed with the chords (probably unplugged it) and the ringing stopped. Shortly after, a man walked in and stated he had been calling and needed to place an order and she didn't say a word. This employee is clearly avoiding doing any actual "work" by deterring business and should not be employed. Truly awful experience, I won't be coming back.
I usually come here everyday cause who doesn’t enjoy a nice $5 dollar pizza and keep in mind I never had any problem here until now… the big woman who runs the counter decided to give me attitude for no reason when I barely walked in.. telling me that they were about to close ( they close at 9 and I got here at 8 exactly ) and if I wanted a pizza I’m gonna have to help them clean and to get out ! and as I’m waiting in my car to find some other place to eat she starts pointing at me talking about me to another customer. not my problem you have a weight issue lady Jesus Christ ?
Sloppy uneven proportions and pizza not cut enough to tear off a slice. No effort at all. Will never order from this location again.
Older lady at the front I think the Manager is very RUDE had an attitude because she messed up my food. Ordered a cheese pizza & crazy calzony.The cheese pizza was raw. The calzony didn't have marinara. Drove back & she insisted the pizza was cooked, and wanted a receipt to prove I even got a crazy calzony.(Cool) I showed the receipt & she said they never forget the marinara as if I need to steal marinara?.. She replaced the pizza & Marinara sauce with an attitude.. checked the pizza there the look was totally different. Wont be going back here again.
