We got a pecan caramel apple and it was one of the best caramel apples I've ever had.It was very large and covered completely with delicious pecans. The caramel wasn't perfectly balanced with the tanginess of the apple.I do think the apple was a bit expensive at $8, but it was nice to have a treat ever now and then.

I ordered 1 pound of strawberries for Valentine’s Day on Friday night February 11. When I return February 14 to pick them up they are 24+ cents per pound. I also picked up a green apple caramel with pecans. I was told it was eight dollars and some cents. Now I all that up and tell me how they got $48.97 charged to me… The young man at the register was clueless and what he was doing I know where how to do it the older gentleman just tell him something and he rang it up. I was trying to pay attention and moved out of the way due to it was a busy day and I was understanding. I to come home and get my banking to find out they charge me $48.97 for strawberries that weren’t even worth $10. I don’t plan on going back in the store whatsoever I don’t care who says it’s good it’s a good place. I called and spoke to the manager and was told she could reimburse maybe eight dollars. Doing business right is making it right obviously she doesn’t know how to do business to correct mistakes.
The ice cream is really good, but the chocolates were disappointing - had a couple different truffles and they both tasted like the cheap almost plastic-like off-brand chocolate that you sometimes get from stores. Would definitely go again for ice cream, but not for chocolates.
good quality Milch ice cream, homemade cones, chocolates, iced cakes and more. Unfortunately not many choices for ice cream.

this little shop is a hidden treasure! fudge that will melt in your mouth, sooo delicious! the ice cream is creamy and heavenly! if you are in Grapevine, this is a MUST! purchase chocolates and caramels to take home!
I went here 3 weeks ago. I live in Florida, so when my sister comes she loves this place.Well, to my surprise and disappointment ( I have bragged about this place) This was totally different from Florida. The atmosphere, the cones (weren't fresh), Customer Service, a variety of items they sell. Everything was different other the the name "Kilwins"Night and DayVery Disappointed!!!
The service was excellent, the fudge oh my word wonderful, Peanut butter and chocolate!You can't go wrong. It's a great place, the ice cream also was fantastic. Go and enjoy.
