Customer service was phenomenal on 03/23/22!! Staff was so kind when I had an app issue with my order they worked to resolve it and thanked me for my time! Food was fresh! 5/5 will be back to this location!!

Worst jack n the box ever! Food is cold and refried! Do NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! Also, everyone believes that the family that owns or runs this place lives inside the building. This business needs to be inspected! Never ever ordering from here again!!!!

My food was incorrect and I brought the receipt for a remake. The general manage Adrianr said I need to call right away next time. It happened less than 10 hours ago. It is not a requirement to call. Then he said in Spanish, he just wants a free burger to his staff. Piss poor customer service. I clearly can afford a burger. I just bought 1 last night.

Worst service and food around!Tried this store 7 times, and no more. All 7 times I have to tell them they have put the order in wrong... even if the screen is corrected the food is always wrong. If you say no cheese they put cheese. If you say no onions they remove pickles. They are all idiots! Coffee is always cold, even early in the morning. Egg shells in each of the 2 breakfast sandwiches I've gotten. I don't like ice in my drinks so I order without, once it has come without ice. All the other times, I had to hand the drink back for them to make it without ice. Burger patties taste old and dry as if they have been sitting under the lamp all day. The only thing they can make correctly are the tacos and the jalapeño poppers, though you have to check the count if you ordered 7 you probably only got 3! The staff is completely incompetent, and Jack in the Box corporate should shut this restaurant down for giving them such a bad name.

This Jack in the Box is horrible. The staff is horrible. The building is horrible. The food is mediocre. They never get our order right, and we come here often. There are 2 good workers here and that is it. Don’t waste your money here, it’s worth going out of the way to get something else. They messed up our order again tonight, for the 5th time in less than 30 days, and when we called the guy said come by and we’ll fix your order, FOR HIM TO CLOSE HIS DRIVE THRU 5 minutes later! And now they won’t answer their phone.

Service is great always.Food quality is not great. French fries taste horrible and way too processed. The burger looks pretty good and did not make me sick, but also did not have much taste and the tomato was flavorless. The lettuse was crunchy and fresh. They just don't have enough healthy options for me to come back to a jack in the box.

No one answered drive thru and you cant go inside to order. Managed to get inside and only there friend was there in the dining area. There was like 5 workers that i could see. I was disgusted with the poor service.

The worst experience ever. I ORDER 10 TACOS and they just gave me 8 and I PAID for 10 they didn't give any sauce as well, I told the guy getting the order 3 times what I wanted and I was about to receive it and they again asked what was my order I told them again and it took more than 30 min to get it and the worst is I didn't receive it all... the worst experience you better close that store...

The WORST JACK IN THE WORLD!!! I love jack in the box food but this is the WORST JACK!!! The Drive Thru takes more than 20 min to answer just to tell you the system is down! This happened more than 3 times to me and to my husband another 4 times! We are so sick about that we are done going to this place. Will report it to corporate for sure. The place looks nasty too by the way!
