So….. I usually only post a review when I’m angry! LolBut, I’ve been back to this jack in the box location several times for their tacos! I’ve had so many bad experiences with jack in the box tacos! But these tacos are really good! Always fresh, crispy and delicious! Thank you for taking the time to make sure the tacos are fresh!
Ordered a burrito with no meat, girlfriend can’t eat meat or she gets sick. Got a burrito with meat in it. Went back through the drive through. “Hey man, can we get this burrito remade?”“Try ordering it right next time.”Bruh, what are you even talking about LOL I put it in on the app. How do you even order it “wrong”?
ate here and was sick about an hour later. would not recommend this place. I should probably be talking to a lawyer.
A Jack in the Box like all others, food was good. The place was clean and not crowded at all. My issue us the fact that they took way too long to prepare the food, not just mine it seems.Also didn't like the fact that they didn't want to give me extra ketchup or Taco sauce packets. I bought 12 tacos and I asked for at least 10 packets but they didn't want to and asked them to look at the fact that I bought 12 tacos so I should get at least 1 packet per each taco. Why do I have to beg for the product that I obviously need for what I bought? It's like having to beg for napkins or a cup for my soda... PLAINLY RIDICULOUS!!!
Forgot part of our order and over half our food was cold. The fries and taco's were so stale and old we couldn't eat them. Very disappointed!!
This is the worst location I’ve ever been to in all of taxes. Probably the world. So poorly managed at the evening and they can’t even get an order right during a slow time in the day.
my favorite ff restaurant by far. the associates are friendly, the food is always fresh and hot, there app gives you more freebies and discounts than any other. ALL DAY BREAKFAST still available. they didnt take advantage of the pandemic to stop serving all day breakfast and close early like mcds.
Got the wrong sandwich TWICE. Horrible service. Had to go through drive through THREE TIMES just for them to not give a FLIP and not bring a supervisor to the window like I asked. I will NEVER return to this location.
This is only a review of the Jack in the Box for Grapevine.Not sure what's going on lately but they no longer have the bacon, cheddar potato wedges on the menu so I ordered something comparable. Its supposed to be the curly fries with bacon and cheddar. OMG! I was totally disgusted. I don't know if the cheese was bad or the bacon.....bacon looked a little green. I almost puked. I ordered the two tacos and usually they are really good but that day I don't know what was going on there. The meat didn't taste the same as it usually does either. I will say that if I eat JIB its usually in Bedford but I noticed even the one in Bedford the food wasn't up to par last time either. My last trip cured me of eating at the one in Grapevine off William D Tate forever.
Worst customer service I've ever had. Drive thru employees had me parked for 10 minutes after they told me I had to leave the drive thru since I ordered through the app. I went back through the line, and asked for a manager or team lead at the speaker box. There were a few cars a head of me to give them the time to get ready. Well I get to the window the moment I ask for a manager he spews lies saying nobody there speaks English.. in very clear English after speaking to me in clear English the entire time. I said I would come back at a later time to speak to someone in charge and I would like his name. He wasn't wearing a name tag (not proper uniform for Jack In The Box) he refused to tell me and refused to serve me my food. To beat it all when I got home my ultimate cheese burger had egg white on the meat patty and came with the wrong bread.
