Placed my order online. Paid and the system immediately presumes a 20% tip. I don't like to tip before the food or service is provided and this is exactly why. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:17. I arrived a little bit early and checked in like the email said to. I sat there until 2:22 and there was no activity seen in the pickup area. I finally got out of my car and went in. I could see on the tablet on the counter that my order was ready, but it took another 5 minutes for them to find someone who knew what they were doing to actually get it to me. I then had to ask for them to include silverware and a napkin. The food was fine, but the service and system at this location was terrible.
Everything was delicious. These people are obviously Karen's. Its not chillies. Fries are not dry OR soggy. Chicken is perfect. The Karen's of the world need to get a hobby. The end. Thank you for ready my very honest review. Have a slended day.
You don't see this is just Chili's until you complete the order. The wings were rubbery and the meat tasted like freezer burn. The lemon pepper seasoning was okay-ish. The garlic parmesan was awful. I would never have guessed it was supposed to be garlic parmesan. Ranch dressing was not good and the fries were a soggy mess. Order from somewhere else.
Dry wings, very little flavor. Picked it up myself and the fries are still soggy.And this is just chili’s trying to trick people on doordash into ordering from them: it’s not actually a wing place. They have their own website and Facebook page trying hard to pretend they’re not Chili’s.
Excellent value, regular order these days.
I tried this restaurant because I wanted to give a new biz a shot post pandemic. We ordered bbq boneless, teriyaki bone in, and garlic Parmesan bone in. We only got the teriyaki and the bbq sauce, so I can’t account for the Parmesan garlic. We also got all boneless, which has breading that i couldn’t eat(celiacs) so we had to order from BWW. The bbq sauce is an apple bbq sauce, and it is terrible, like absolutely the worst bbq sauce ever! The teriyaki is a bit spicy, but not bad. The curly fries are fries, can’t mess those up. All in all, I won’t return again, this just isn’t for us. That said, there was plenty of food for the price so that a positive! The food did get delivered hot, that’s a positive!
