Wow. Tried the Mint and Coconut sweet tea.. Loved them both so I put them both together and what a combo. My favorite flavor by far. Definitely a go to tea shop!!
Didn't have a problem until today. I was going to the Bedford location because I lived in Hurst, but I've lived in Grapevine for a couple months now so I go to the Grapevine location. They have the new Peaches and Cream Latte and I asked for either no ice or light ice. They tried to hand me a drink that was more ice than drink. I told the girl I asked for light ice. She tried to claim that you can't get that drink with light ice. I told her I either needed it made with light ice or no ice, so she got her manager. Who didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me nor look in my direction. Simply refunded my nearly $6.I have sensitive teeth, I usually get any drink with no ice at all because I wouldn't be able to drink it for awhile. Anywhere else I go if I were to get a latte and I asked for no ice or light ice because they need to make it cold they take care of it but these people here want to fill the entire cup with ice and then claim that they can't make something with light ice it's complete and utter bull.
This is a 6 star review. Upon entering the store I was greeted very warmly and the tea tasting process was explained. The place is extremely clean and inviting. I was surprised to see a healthy amount of branded fashion wear along with healthy snacks. I will definitely return. The icing on the cake was the motion sensor door, a great thoughtful touch that also helps to cut down on germs.
The drinks here are fantastic and not expensive, much cheaper than Starbucks. Sweet almond green tea is like dessert in a glass, delicious.
The staff were super super friendly. My baby wouldn’t stop crying and they were so nice about it.The tea was delicious with lots of options to choose from. I recommend going inside to try.
If you haven't been, you need to go! You can try the flavors before you commit and the prices are amazing! I got 4 different teas and two packs of unique gum for less than $10!
Great teas with light flavors. Also lattes and horchata drinks. Sold by the cup or gallon. Bags of ice also sold here. All made from in house filtered water. Also filtered bottle water up to 5 gallons I think? Also has an in-store area with 25 flavored teas. Outside sitting area. 5-29-2022
Best TEA ever. Workers are just the nicest too. Had to get a half gallon on the sweet blueberry green tea to go with my large Georgia peach.
You have to try. Face for those iced tea fans. I had a peach unsweetened tea. It was so good. Many flavors to choose from. One of my favorite things is you can buy by the gallon. I highly recommend!
Very fresh, and a very helpful staff. Happy hour for a good price and a rewards program. Tea is the texas version of flowers gentlemen. Your woman will love it!
