sat at the bar, bartender was the worst I have ever seen. I had my food for 15 min and she still had not brought me a fork. I went to the waitress station and got my own fork.
Would give zero stars if I could. Emily by far worst waitress. Wanted us to order before even bringing us menus. For 3 people only brought us one menu. Had to ask for a second one. Only brought us 2 plates and forks. Had to ask for a 3rd fork and plate. To get here to take our order I had to wave at the male co worker she was flirting with who turned out to be the manager. Got are appetizers and our food not even ten minutes later. To get a Togo box I had to once again wave across restaurant bc she was flirting with the manager. When I spoke to him about service he could care less and walked back over and finished trying to get a date. Hands down worst restaurant I’ve been to. Word of advice you should probably have your manager not trying to pick up dates while on clock. Will never come back here and will do what I can to tell people not to come here either
Clean place which was pretty busy. We were a party of 5 and waited about 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was understaffed I think, but the girls working were awesome. Food tasted great and service was awesome. Mayra was our waitress and she went above and beyond. Especially for my autistic son who only eats certain foods. She needs a raise/bonus! Thank you again and we will be back.
They are understaffed like many restaurants today. However the staff they do have work extremely hard to help you. It was a very good experience. The only negative were the lots of tots taste. They have changed the recipe again.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: I don't want to call foul or anything, but somehow my review for this Hooters was changed to be a review for a local Tom Thumb. Maybe it was a glitch, or maybe someone just wanted this poor review to go away... {hmm}Original Review (still relevant)Fried pickles were soggy and wings were “off” I wish I could describe better so they know what to improve, but I just can’t put my finger on it, they just weren’t the kind of wings I expect from Hooters. Ordered the medium, but they didn’t have the medium kick, and the breaded texture wasn’t the right crispness.
Stopped here in my first day in town visiting family in summer. Service was great although I have to admit the food was pretty bland. Gotta admit it was better than Las Vegas location.
Worst restaurant experience. Decided to go here cause the Pluckers beside it had a 2 hour wait, now I know why. The fries were under cooked, the beer was room temperature and stale because it was poured from a pitcher that had been sitting out instead of the tap. I emailed Hooters on 12/31 and have not heard anything back yet. Will not be going back.
Average food, Average service. Same basic menu next door at Pluckers but without the pretty girls. Pluckers had a wait list of 45 minutes to an hour and Hooters was about 25% full. That's all you need to know about the food. BTW, never saw so many single mid-life crisis guys in one place. My wife and I were one of only two couples in the place.
Good service for the size of party we had. And you cannot go wrong with their wings any flavor they’re all good
This location is the closest to us, and even though we get horrible service every time we come, the food always brings us back, as it is the only good thing about this restaurant. Today our server Alicia seemed to be very rude about certain things we would ask. There was definitely better ways that she could have answered. Every single time that we come, there is no straws. Came about 2-3 months ago as well, no straws and no forks. This location definitely needs better management.
