Overall tasteless formula pizzas and caprese salad. Service is very well reversed and impersonal. Mixed drinks are $13, pizza #21. Need more sauce!!! And please play something more than just Frank Sinatra! We are not impressed by anything else other than the decor. The atmosphere felt tense too.
Upon walking into Grimaldi's I greeted the only gentleman tossing pizzas for the remainder of the night and he didn't speak back . Customer service out the window, just there to make pizza apparent and couldn't even do that right . While I understand Grimaldis coal Brick Oven Pizza theme, I wasn't expecting my pizza to be lukewarm or to taste like tar. Clearly this is this lesser of the brand's location.In general I just want people to get back to customer service , it goes a long way. Iwill not be back .
Usually my favorite one that I’ve been to across the country. This time the sauce Taste like tomato paste. I don’t like about Grimaldi‘s is even if you ask them to and they say yes the ratio of mushrooms to pepperoni is awful. I like more mushrooms and hardly any pepperoni. And they never get that right and they forgot my garlic. Great Service though I think the nice lady who brought us everything went above and beyond and she was possibly the bartender. No complaints about the service.
Delicious cauliflower crust pest pizza and Mediterranean salad. Service was fast too. The restaurant is also really cute and comfortable.
No photos of the food cause we scarfed it all down! First time here and it was fantastic! Fresh, crispy salads. Pizza is delicious! Light crust and fresh ingredients so it doesn't sit heavy in your stomach. Man, this was great!
I'm a Chicago girl born and raised. I'm a person that thinks that all of the food in Texas is disgusting for the most part. I've been all over the US and I can confirm that this was the WORST pizza that I've ever had in my life. It was burned, super thin, lacked ANY cheese (I ordered two pizzas, one was cheese), and it was flavorless outside of the charcoal burned taste. The crust of both of my pizzas was literally black. Never again. Never EVER again.
We were seated quickly even though it was pretty busy when we arrived. Staff was helpful.Ordered a delicious cesar salad to start off with.Our pizza was of the best quality! We left with happy stomachs and not upset stomachs. The pizza tasted so healthy and fresh. I believe we ordered a basil pesto pizza with different toppings.Will come back here for another cute date night. Next time we will order some wine too!

I've been a patron of Grimaldi's in DFW for 12 years. I started going to the Grimaldi's in grapevine from about a week before it officially opened. I love Grimaldi's and I believe their food and atmosphere is great, and the dine in experience is wonderful. 2 years ago, I moved from Grapevine to Keller. I was fortunate that one of the online delivery companies would deliver grimaldi's out to my address. This, however, is when I started to have a lot of issues with this location. I have frequently placed orders online that have went unconfirmed by the restaurant for up to an hour, only to be cancelled. These aren't last minute orders - this is an order placed an hour or more before closing. Most restaurants that have cancelled an order have called to tell me why before cancelling. Grimaldi's in Grapevine will just cancel. It can be lunch time or dinner time. I don't know if they don't like delivery services, or if they are super busy and I'm just unlucky or honestly what the underlying reason is, but it is a really frustrating experience to place an order and think in the back of your mind that you're probably going to get cancelled after an hour of waiting. I just tried placing an order online half an hour ago. I let it sit for several minutes before cancelling the order and placing it over the phone. I'll just go pick it up. Honestly, I'm about 1 bad experience from this location before I won't order from them again. It really is unfortunate because the food is wonderful and I've enjoyed introducing friends, family and in-laws to Grimaldi's over the years.
