The food tasted as it was supposed to but the real problem was very slow service at the front counter, at the bar waiting for drinks and the kitchen to getting our food. After waiting so long for our drinks I finally went to the kitchen window to ask for service and the cook said that she'd be there in a minute because there was only 3 people on staff and she was the cook, dishwasher and bartender. The other girl at the counter obviously didn't know what she was doing because she had charged us for food that we didn't order. When we took our tray of food to the table and realized a few minutes into eating that we had extra food. I went and asked for a refund because we didn't order the meal. I was told no I couldn't have my money back because I had taken the food out of the serving window. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager on duty....*Update, it's been over a week and I sent an email to the GM as was asked in their response below and still haven't heard back. I guess they are lacking in customer service from top to bottom. Not good.
I went yesterday to get chips and queso to-go. I asked for extra fuzzy dust and the cashier accidentally added chicken to the order. That’s fine. No big deal. But when I and the cashier tried to explain to the cook, he looked at both of us with a blank stare and refused to fix my order. He kept saying, this is your order, and pointed to the messed up order. I had to go back to work so I just asked for a to-go top for the queso (and random chicken) and the cashier got me that along with to go chips while the cook just sat there. It was extremely rude. I wasn’t even asking for money back, just the correct order. I won’t be back.
Young man at the cash register was awesome and a pleasure to talk to! Best fuzzys location I've been to in a while!I swear all the other locations are going down the drain.
I tried the Fried Avocado Tacos and they were amazing... just the right amount of crunch... delicious... the Latin fried potatoes were a great addition today as well. I love Fuzzy's!!! My husband had the chicken taco plate and says that everything tasted great!
Fist time at a Fuzzy's. Tex -Mex food in Texas. Not bad at all. I had the brisket burrito and an orange soda. Definitely looking forward to trying other items on the menu. At this particular location I had my take-out to stay. If you don't know or haven't been, check it out. The man at the counter will take care of you. Thank you Anonumous Employees.
A work buddy and I got take out for dinner. It was both of our first times eating Fuzzy’s and man, was it a good experience. Ordering online for pickup was easy, and the food (tempura shrimp tacos, especially) was AMAZING! Would highly recommend the Grapevine Fuzzy’s!
Good Fuzzy’s location, the food came out somewhat fast. The quest was a nice temperature and the fish tacos were good.
The only reason I am giving them 1 start is because they charge me the same price of a large Margarita for a small one to go. They said that is their size now. Last week I got a large one for the same price. $5.
Great food, almost like the authentic thing. My only complaint is the high prices compared to other places in this category of food.
This place is pretty good. I got the California heat...minus Sriracha...add Habanero sauce. Not to hot, but good. I'll go back
