Big fat bummer. We didn't even get food so this isn't a true review but we walked in and a sign said seat yourself, so we did. An employee came over and said the area was reserved. (No signs announcing that!) So he pushed a couple of tables together to accommodate our party. But we're sitting directly beneath a smoking section. (Who allows smoking indoors anymore?!) Before we even got a chance to review the menu we had to leave because we couldn't handle the smoke. Big disappointment!
Watch your credit card bills!! I've been double charged 3 times in 6 months from this location. Food is good. Patio area set up makes it too crowded/too many tables. As far as the wait staff, you'll get somebody really really good or somebody that will only ask one person at a time if they need anything, like they can't remember more than one thing at a time. I'm there regularly but sadly I'm having to give a poor review. But i have to give the review because the double charging thing has happened WAY too frequently to be ignorance rather than blatant.
Have had two bad experiences at this location. Had a waiter get the bill incorrect, we had a group of 3 couples (3 separate checks) waiter that didn't write the orders down, he then got the orders wrong then when I went to the bar to ask that mine be corrected he threw the board that the check was clipped to across the bar like I did something wrong.Then tonight we went with same group and sat outside and asked waiter for the heaters be lite up because they had heaters outside on the patio. The waiter said they didn't work. A friend went inside and asked the General Manager Tim Hardy about lighting the heaters and he said that he would come out, he didn't come out so friend went in again and asked and was told that he would come out but never did until I went in and complained and of course then we were told that only one works. Look my complaint is if they don't work pull them off your patio instead of allowing customers to make a choice to go and sit on a patio because you have heaters and then after ordering food and waiting then saying they don't work. So at least the customer has a choice. We didn't want to sit inside because they allow smoking inside so restaurant smells like smoke. Also Tim Hardy shouldn't have waited until the 3rd time for someone to ask to take time to try and light the heater or train staff to light because the heaters say don't try and light ask for assistance. The Customers inside and outside should receive the same customer service
very good service and food. friends could bring dog onto patio dining area. plenty of seats outside. burgers excellent as well as French fries.
Great Dish Tacos I like but Smoking Bar
I like this place because it serves food late. That makes it a great place to grab some food and drink after getting off work late. The casual atmosphere is fun and relaxing.
Great food and atmosphere here! Had the Carnivore Burger and it was awesome. I was hungry otherwise I would have taken a pic of my food, lol. Will definitely come back again to try some other entrees.
We went to dinner with a group of 7 and the girl that helped us only came once to get our drinks and than only to bring our food , she never check in on us for drinks or if we wanted anything else. The one only positive thing was that the food was not too bad . My food was salty has hell . And my sons food never came out with ours and he had to wait until we were finished with our food . And the lady said that she was gonna take his plate off of the ticket and never did.
Very good food here and a great patio. Much better spot then the surrounding bars.
