I checked the other reviews and they said they had slow service, but in our case the service was fast and our server was amazing. Now to the pizza. It has that Smokey taste that is so good. We did order it extra crispy like the other reviews said and yes it was a great decision. My favorite was the margarita pizza. The pepperoni pizza was great as well. Will be visiting again and recommending to everyone.
It is hard for me to give this place 4 stars. It easily can be or is a 5 star place on another day. The pizza and appetizer was delicious. So yummy. Our waitress was very nice. The problems we had were dirty silverware ( this seems silly but the silverware was really very dirty!)I ordered a piña colada and it was served with a old brown piece of pineapple in it. The drink was not very good ( it was $9 and tiny! At least the pineapple should be fresh!)I had to ask the waitress twice for a refill on my water. ( I ordered jalapeños on my pizza and they were hot!) It was not very busy. Not sure why she kept forgetting.Honestly I would eat here again just to give it another try. The pizza and atmosphere were both great. Sometimes everyone and every business has an off day. This was a solid 4 star day.
Food was really good, they were a little understaffed but overall a nice experience. They were out of a nee menu item. I also found it uncommon for them to omit and item on a dish? I wanted to dish but asked themTo delete the Arugula? Can’t see where this would be a big deal? Overall good experience
States on their website that they have Vegan options. I called, prior to our arrival to verify that a vegan pizza was possible. (Sidenote-child and adult requirement) Arrived for lunch this afternoon and our server informed us there is no vegan cheese for a vegan pizza. What...but I called. Our server was fantastic and worked around the clear miscommunication. So heads up folks, one of these things is not like the other!.!.!
Ordered through doordash. Food was subpar. Maybe we didn't order the right thing.. Had the premium meats pie and it was not good at all, the Hawaiian pie was pretty tasty but the pasta bolognese was horrible and as bland it it comes. Stir clear of it as it is a waste of $15. Overall won't be back. Also, called in to order some ranch as I didn't see it on the menu. Was charged 2 dollars over the phone for 4 things of ranch, and not sure what was sent. Some orange tangy dressing that defiantly wouldn't pass as ranch.

Super tasty pizza in a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were quite friendly. I'll definitely go again this week.I'm back three days later. I would normally wait at least five visits to change my rating, but not for Fireside Pies. Blake waited on me at the bar. I picked a beer from their menu and asked for a pizza to compliment that choice. Blake knocked it out of the park! Dragon's Milk stout with their Prosciutto and Parm pie was out. stand. ing! After devouring the meal, I asked for a cocktail that would compliment what I had eaten. Again, Blake hit a home run. A Maker's Mark Manhattan was the perfect call.The bar and cook staff not only met, but exceeded, my expectations. I am something of a picky reviewer, but these folks are five star.Thank you for a truly enjoyable dining experience. If you come to Grapevine for any reason, eat here.
Got a gluten free Triple Ronie Pie and a Create Your Own. Wife loved her gluten free pizza. My pizza was good, too. Would recommend.
